"The Studio appartement was clean and nice when we arrived and very good space in room and closets. Quiet and close to Konzum and towncenter. But, There was no written information in the room about cleaning equipment or washing machine, garbage handling. It is OK to do it yourself if you only know how to. You must ask for hairdryer. For a week stay you will need to at least vacuum or mop the floors (yourselves) and with the reseption only open from 8 - 12 (the door was even close at that time when we tried). it was only a broom in hallway."

"We were extremely happy with our stay at these apartments and would highly recommend them, especially to families with children. The property offers plenty of facilities for children, including a swimming pool and a lovely common room with board games and books in different languages. We particularly appreciated the bicycles available to guests, which you can use whenever you like to explore Sutivan and reach the town centre. There is also a grill area if you would like to prepare your own meals, and the apartments overlooking the pool are especially pleasant. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Sutivan, while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were extremely kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very comfortable and at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and can give this accommodation our highest recommendation. We will definitely be coming back next year!"
