Location: Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the high-speed rail station and conveniently located right next to Atour Hotel. Hygiene: All the toiletries were clean. However, the bathroom had a slight odor, likely due to dampness/humidity. The corners could use a good scrub. Facilities: The shower pressure was a bit low, which would certainly make washing thick hair a long process for some. The floor drain didn't work very well, causing water to accumulate – this was my only dissatisfaction. On the bright side, the room had a mini-fridge with complimentary drinks. Having a mini-fridge in the room during the summer heat was absolutely fantastic! To get things extra cold, I even opened the cabinet door for better heat dissipation and cooling. I kept my water bottles in there to chill. Service: Overall, the service was excellent! The staff were polite and courteous. The cleaning staff tidied up after I went out and thoughtfully left the power card in with the AC on. Returning to a cool room after my errands was such a pleasant surprise and I really appreciated it! The wontons for breakfast were also very good! Environment: The entire hotel, apart from my own room, was quite warm. There was no air conditioning in the elevators or hallways. Conclusion: Overall, it was a good stay! I was very satisfied, and the room was spacious!
