"The Holiday Inn Express in Swindon was a lovely surprise! It was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent. Every member of staff we encountered was very helpful and friendly. The absolute bonus was the very reasonable price. There is not one negative for me!"

"Friendly staff. Rather windy staircase to bedroom. Room was dated however large, bright and airy and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good, nice coffee, English breakfast cooked to order. Would definitely stay again! "

"An excellent base we use while visiting family in the area, the hotel is set in a quiet area with ample parking and very good amenities including the pool. The staff are all super friendly and keen to help with any issues Our only issue, that did not impact our stay too much, was the booking and payment system had not correctly accepted my prepayment for 2 rooms, I had paid using Trip.com via PayPal payments over 3 payments, the hotel claimed we had only paid for 1 room, I had to prove by statements and invoices that I had paid for both. This did not warrant a negative review in my opinion, but should be looked at by the hotel chain admin."

"ALCON, I was very happy with my stay, during check- in staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. The room was very clean and nice only small problem is that rooms are not set up for the powering up of cell-phones, Recommend the desk provide attachments so that tourist can keep there phones powered up. During my 12 days stayed at four other similiar locations, your facility was the only one without adapters for cell phone charge. Your food downstairs was great especially enjoyed the fish and chips. All in all a great stay I will DE finitely be returning very much enjoyed my stay with you,"

"I had an amazing stay at the Hilton! Upon arrival, the reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were even greeted with a delicious chocolate cookie, which was a lovely touch. "The first stop in the UK is not far from here to the Lake District. The hotel is very good, the room is quite big, the breakfast is quite rich It is a very cost-effective hotel in the UK. There are gas stations and supermarkets nearby."
