"We know Sylt. Not yet stayed at Arosa Hotel. This time it was time to be a guest here for 4 days. From the beginning it was a feeling of joy and relaxation. The rooms were generously designed. All staff were very friendly, quick, helpful from the beginning and everything happened in the obstacle. Breakfast ...perfect ...so can start the day. Thanks especially to Mr Moritz Burger at the reception ...a daily highlight. Always laughing and sooo premature and there is nothing that He or then the hotel does not allow and finally a JA...and the guest is not the problem. That's so good. If there were a Mr Burger everywhere, there would be only joy. Thank you. We're coming back."

"It was our first time on Sylt and we were very lucky to have found this "home port". The location right in the Morsum Heath nature reserve - the view - the peace - you have to experience it all for yourself. The house is furnished with so much taste and attention to detail. You step in and immediately feel at home and then a very warm welcome awaits you. The restaurant offers very, very fine cuisine, the matching wines show that the sommelier not only knows his trade, no, more than that, he loves it. And the breakfast in the morning leaves nothing to be desired, in fact, it is almost too much. My husband and I are of the opinion that even the biggest "complainer" will find nothing to complain about here. We felt incredibly comfortable - THANK YOU"

"A great and lovely managed hotel Garni, we have felt incredibly well. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the rooms are top clean and maintained. At breakfast there was a wonderful, fresh selection at the buffet and the pre-ordered gluten-free breads and cakes were brought to me directly to the table without request. It was particularly nice that our little daughter (18 M) was warmly welcomed and smiled everywhere by the staff. Thank you for the nice time and until the next time!"

"Beach location with a view of garbage cans and walls, rooms in need of renovation and staff who are completely untrained in hospitality. Less is not possible. A pity. It could be great. Outdated tradition with unfriendly staff in dirty, old, black uniforms."
