"Hotel was easy to find with plenty parking, although this was in the main service station carpark. Check-in was efficient. Room was spacious, with a double bed, single bed, two comfortable chairs and desk. TV was working properly. En-suite bathroom with shower, bath and towels. Dinner available next door. Breakfast items available on a good counter. Would stay here again, as it's good value for money."

"We were completely exhausted when we checked in and delighted to find a comfy bed with lovely views over the river. We rested for a while and then went to the spa. The pool was just the right temperature as was the sauna and steam room. It was very relaxing. We enjoyed a great meal it was very tasty and served quickly. I'm vegan and gluten free and the choice for me was excellent. We then strolled around outside for a while catching the setting sun. The scenery was gorgeous. We slept really well and again enjoyed the spa facilities before a hearty breakfast and checked put completely refreshed at 11am the next day. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you New Lanark Mill Hotel."
