The location is great, just few minutes walk to ximending walking district. But the hotel is at 4F in a very old building. The room is quite small with low ceiling and moldy in the wall. However, i got the room with window with at least i can see some view outside but also noisy from the street. The service is nice and friendly.

Great location because it is close to Ximending Walking Street. The building it is in is very old and dirty. The reception and halls are dingy. Receptionist attitude was not too nice. Walls are thin so you can hear the bustle outside and the rooms above and beside you. Room is also very dirty. I found a blood stain on my bed.

It was a nice experience staying at ShinShin Hotel however the location and the parking is not that accessible for the guest. Because it is located on the highway but the room and service was all good. I dont have the picture of the room but its 8/10

Rather misleading, only show the rooms and not the exterior of the location. Realised it too late upon check in. It was situated on one floor of a old building among other small lodging. Would have forfeit and move to a better hotel but due to it was a PH weekends, there was no available room around the area we are in. Need to be more careful in future and not be tempted by the room rate.

Great location, a few minutes away from 西門町。 there’s 7-11 just at downstairs. Room was reasonable if you are travel alone. Easy to hear people talking from the hallway. Bathroom is small but I have no problem with it.

There were a few small ants in the bedroom and in the corridor outside, on the walls... The receptionist gave me a room on The last floor, separated from the 4th floor, next to appartments. The bedroom looks great and is very clean. The window made the bedroom bright.

The room has no coffee and no soap for washing hands and airconditioner needs a good clean. Also the lady at the reception was sleeping and took a long time before she came out. It’s not safe for guests she is paid to do her job and needs to be at reception for service and safety 24/7! Location is good with plenty of delicious food around like the dumplings I found upon 50 meters walk from the hotel.

The reception of Shin Shin Hotel is located at level 4 of a rather old and shabby building accommodating other smaller motels. The lift lobby area is a public space and is rather dirty without maintenance. We were placed in a room along a public corridor among the building residence. It is not a hotel per se. Safety and security could be a concern. The room is rather small and nothing close to the photos posted online. The blanket is torn and dirty and is difficult to control the water heater temperature, and many other issues. Too bad, i did not have photos to illustrate my experience. Lesson learned - never believe the photos online.
