I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. I am happy with the cleaning. The location is excellent - 8 minutes walk to the Colosseum, 12 minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain. The bus stop is right at the entrance, it took me half an hour to get to the Vatican. The staff is friendly.

It's very old, but the location is great. You can walk around the ancient city. There is a bus stop right at the door. It is a real door, 5 meters away. There are several trains to Termini station.

We had a triple room which was spacious for 3 adults and 3 suitcases. The bathroom was big enough with a lovely hot shower and a shelf to put everything out around the basin. The beds were very comfortable and there were shutters on the windows so it was super quiet with no road noise at all. The staff were very friendly. The only let down was the continental breakfast which had dried up cheese and the pastries were not fresh. Though the coffee was delicious! The location was 10/10

We stayed in this hotel in April 2025. Upon arrival hotel staff welcomed you with nice and excellent service smile. Clean room, daily clean towel, good breaksfast. The hotel was located a five minute walk from the Trevi fountain and the colleseum.
