This hotel was amazing, peaceful, clean, nice

I brought my elders to Jiangyan to visit relatives and booked this hotel. It should be the best hotel in Jiangyan at present. The hotel was newly opened last year. It has a Chinese style and the landscaping is also carefully designed. There is a road behind the hotel that leads directly to the Wanzhu Garden next to it over a bridge. The room is fully equipped with TOTO bathroom and smart toilet. The hardware is pretty good, and there are welcome fruits. The breakfast is standard. It is worth mentioning that the small wontons and dried shredded vegetables at the noodle stall are very delicious, and the service is also quite satisfactory! If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again next time!

I checked into Jinjiangyan Grand Metropark Hotel on the first day of the ***** New Year and was touched by the hotel’s warm and caring service. That day happened to be the birthday of a colleague of mine, and Mr. Hu from our company took special care of us. The hotel specially prepared a longevity noodle birthday meal and delivered it to the room personally. We were also given a birthday gift. This unexpected surprise touched us very much. The quality of the service is reflected in the details, and the meticulous care is very cordial. This is a perfect experience. I highly recommend Jinjiangyan Grand Metropark Hotel.

I am very satisfied. I will book this hotel again during the Chinese New Year. There are also welcome fruits and postcards. They are very considerate in every aspect. It is really great. We even got an ice bucket to have a drink in the evening.

It is a good choice for self-driving, with convenient parking. It is not in the downtown area, quiet and has a good environment. The newly opened hotel room still has a bit of decoration smell. Fortunately, the beautiful lady at the front desk upgraded us to an executive suite. With the windows opened for ventilation, the smell is not so serious. The hotel has many entrances and exits, and as everyone in the comments section said, it's a bit like a maze. I figured out the route planning after exploring it on my own. In fact, the markings are not clear and not very eye-catching. It is recommended that the service staff need further training to tell guests the preferred routes to their accommodation locations. It is also best to post the room type and hotel interior and room diagram in the room.

The hotel rooms have a newly renovated smell. Some rooms can barely smell it. The purifier was provided and it was better the next day. The air conditioner was very loud. It took me two days to fully understand the layout of the hotel. The bamboo garden next to it is nice👍

In this hotel, the front desk asked the waiter to help bring him to the room, but the male waiter seemed to have been taken away? The whole process is done by oneself in front, without any need for guests' suitcases. Even up and down the steps, one can walk by oneself in front, and the guests drag their own suitcases. What's the point of this kind of service that is brought to the room? ? ? ? With a five-star name, what kind of shoddy service quality is this? Have you ever done any basic training for your employees? ? ? Do this job, get this salary, and show your customers a life-threatening attitude. Do I owe you anything? ? ? !

Entering the hotel to the lobby, then to the room, or leaving the room to the basement is like entering a maze! This rubbish hotel is so expensive! Not up to star hotel standards!

Very average hotel with poor management

前台小姐姐主動升級了豪華大床房，工作人員服務態度都很好，停車場免費，出行非常方便。周圍是學校和寺廟，晚上非常安靜。早餐品種不多，但五臟俱全吧，足夠！設施很新，裝修大氣奢華，在姜堰絕對首屈一指的專業高端商務酒店！

10月4號落住酒店，前後美女小孟接待熱情，服務很好，二個小孩還送了酒店自己做的奶荼，工程部胡經理熱情地幫我們送行李到房間。房間很好，很乾凈，送了一份水果，保潔阿姨很熱情。早餐很豐富，退房後送了二份當地小禮品，胡經理親自把行李送車上，萬分感謝，有機會還會住。

泰州金姜堰維景國際大酒店是去年開業的，房間設施很新非常乾淨，酒店有點大七繞八繞搞得我迷路[捂臉][害羞]酒店服務很好，總有人會帶領我走到想去的地方，床墊挺舒服，枕頭可選擇，房間也挺大。地面和地下都有停車場，也有充電樁。早餐也可。
