"Penang's traffic needs some patience. But since we use the grab app everywhere its ok for us. The hotel's location allows u to see a good part of the whole penang island and its near sea view which is beautiful! Recommend to get a sea view room which we did not opt for unfortunately :( The hotel staff are very welcoming, friendly, provides good service and are accomodating to our needs. A good amount of variety for breakfast and the amenities were great too. There was pool and gym. They have karaoke in house too! We love the decor and vibes of the hotel. Gives off cosy vibes 👍🏽 the room cards were unique as they resemble cassette tapes 😁"

"The receptionist was very friendly and helpful — much appreciated! However, the cleaning could be improved. There was dust on the TV cabinet, and the toilet wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Also the bathtub has a jacuzzi button, but it does not function at all. The photos and setup gave the impression that it was a working jacuzzi, which was one of the reasons I chose this room. I only found out from the receptionist that it functions as a normal bathtub. This was quite disappointing, as I had been looking forward to a more relaxing experience. But, overall is ok for short vacation."

"We loved this house very much! Rarely find this kind of BNB actually especially during last minute booking. It was a great option especially for family with kids. What we loved about this house: 1) Great setup of bedrooms with playground and variety of toys. 2) Got 4 queen beds and comfortable pillows. Cozy bedrooms. 3) Equipped with electrical items (hairdryer, iron + iron board, microwave, kettle, fridge, cooking pans, plates, utensils, etc.) 4) Huge tv projector and cozy sofa. 5) Bathrooms with toothbrush sets, tissues. 6) Very nice view especially at night. 7) Convenient parking, very helpful and attentive staff & security. 8) Easy check in and early check out. 9) Housekeeping is available upon request. 10) Food servings option is also available. Some improvement suggestions: 1) Bathroom needs to be thoroughly cleaned (toilet bowl, corner of the wall). 2) Limited lifts per floor. Only 3 lifts for 41 floors. But still manageable to get lift on time. 3) May be better if can install wall fan in the bedrooms (to dry out the damp floor). 4) Also, much better if the unit has a washing machine option. Overall, we were very happy with the stay. Once in a lifetime for having great BNB like this. Very recommended!"

"It has all the basic amenities needed but just no washing machine or USB power port. The location is ideal, just across the road there is a Family Mart at Caltex. Parking is a bit limited. The WiFi is a bit sketchy and sometimes it can lead to bad connection."

"The mattresses are a sunken-in, meaning it needs to be replaced with new ones. . Not good for the backbone. Furthermore it was noisy upstairs (above floor) even though it’s past 1.00am."
