"I have been a loyal customer of Lanterna campsite for more than two decades, but sadly, my most recent experience was very disappointing. The staff were unkind and unhelpful, and I felt that they no longer care about the fact that we, as guests, have supported this campsite for many years. After so many positive stays in the past, it was truly disheartening to feel unwelcome. The attitude of the staff left me feeling undervalued as a long-term customer. I expected more respect, hospitality, and care, especially given the history I have with this place. It’s very disappointing to see how the service has declined, and unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning."

"A very nice, clean hotel, with kind staff. The outside pool was closed, but the inside pool was open, and not crouded.A good location, quiet atmoshpere. Very much value for our money. Room was nice and spacious. I recomend!!"
