"Location: The hotel is located across from Lake Te Anau which also leads to Manapouri which is our intended destination for Doubtful Sound cruise. Parking: The 2 BR cabin was conveniently located at the front of the park (which is huge) and parked right in front of the cabin. Rooms: The cabin is split into 3 distinct areas - 1 large bedroom with queen bed, 1 bathroom in center of cabin, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - since I was with family we had the whole cabin with the bathroom in center of the 2 cabins. Facilities: It was nice that they have fast Wifi and laundry rooms across the park. Used the laundry facilities and it was well maintained. We also rented their lockers to store our luggage as we had to take an overnight cruise at Doubtful Sound."

"Grand location close to lake and town. Showers difficult to find, even with the map (which was generally helpful) Nice quiet spot with some great night skies. No TV although it said the cabin came with one. For our needs, did the job and a most comfortable space."

"High cost performance, parking space is very convenient. But the exhaust fan can't be turned on and it's a bit stuffy. The surrounding is very convenient, go to the supermarket and take the fjord bus."

"Excellent! The hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy. It's beautifully situated right by the lake, offering picturesque surroundings. Being conveniently close to Milford Sound is a great advantage, as it allows you to easily drive there and secure a free parking spot. On top of that, the accommodation is much more affordable than staying in Queenstown."

"We had a wonderful stay at Aden Motel. The room had all the necessary amenities (electric blankets, heater, warm shower, fully equipped kitchen) for a good night’s rest, along with parking right at the doorstep. Met Irene at check-in and David when checking out - a very friendly couple and excellent hosts! The lovely painting of an autumn tree was also a nice touch (didn’t get a photo unfortunately). Overall, we highly recommend Aden Motel."

"Te Anau is a small town. The room big with new aircon installed. The mattress too soft and a bit sunken. No heater on the towels metal rack/hanger. The facilities in room and Inn a bit old. But overall good stay."

"Overall, I was satisfied with the overall environment and everything was good. The only issue was that my friend's pillow had a blood stain on it, and they hadn't changed it. They were terrified when they found it that night, and the owner couldn't explain it to them the next morning. Everything else was fine. It's worth booking, but be careful and check to make sure there are no issues."

"The hotel is a bit dated and could use some renovations, especially in the rooms, to improve the overall comfort for guests. Moreover, the wifi was very poor, cannot be used the internet at all, should improve! However, the front desk staff provides excellent service in the morning, and they offer great recommendations for local attractions."

"Neat and clean, parking is convenient, the kitchen next door is very good for cooking, the hotel staff are very enthusiastic and considerate. From Queenstown to Milford Sound, staying here is the best choice."
