"This hotel is located next to Thun Castle, and the entrance to the castle is next to the hotel. However, the hostess did not tell us when we checked in and checked out. She only told us to take the castle elevator to the -7th floor. After we checked out, we walked to the basement, then to the old town, and then back to the castle before we found that the entrance was next to the hotel! There is a small table with some bread and yogurt on it for breakfast. In addition, each table has a menu for ordering food. However, after ordering food from the hotel waiter, the waiter did not serve the food after waiting for almost 20 minutes. I repeatedly told the waiter that he served the food, but I saw the hostess unhappily calling the waiter to the kitchen, as if she was admonishing her. The hostess did not seem to allow her to serve the food. I was confused. At the same time, I saw Chinese people at other tables opening the wine on the table next to them to drink.
