"Neither the air conditioning nor the mini-bar made the overnight stay a tropical experience. The street-facing room was extremely noisy (windows had to be open due to the heat). The reception could use a boost in terms of its welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast staff, however, were very friendly."

"The good thing about this hotel is its convenient location; it's right next to a bus stop, with buses stopping directly in front of the hotel, and another bus stop across the street. It's about 8-10 minutes by bus from Thun train station, making it very convenient. However, the downsides are the bedding – the sheets are old and rough, and the worst is the towels – they're very old, rough, thin, and feel like floor cloths; unsuitable for wiping your face or even your body because they're so thin and rough. There's no refrigerator in the room; the entire hotel only has one refrigerator in the common area. You have to store anything you buy downstairs, which isn't very convenient. There's no kettle; if you want to eat instant noodles, you have to go down to the lobby to ask for hot water. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The breakfast is good and sufficient. However, compared to apartments near Thun train station, the price difference is only a few hundred pounds, but the apartments offer significantly better amenities. In summary, it's not suitable for a long stay. If you have a better option that's not much more expensive, I recommend finding accommodation near Thun train station instead."

When I checked in, the hotel said that it would only deduct city tax, but at 7 o'clock the next morning, they directly deducted more than 1,800 room fees without my consent. After coordination, they said that it would be refunded after 1 month, which is outrageous."

"This hotel is located next to Thun Castle, and the entrance to the castle is next to the hotel. However, the hostess did not tell us when we checked in and checked out. She only told us to take the castle elevator to the -7th floor. After we checked out, we walked to the basement, then to the old town, and then back to the castle before we found that the entrance was next to the hotel! There is a small table with some bread and yogurt on it for breakfast. In addition, each table has a menu for ordering food. However, after ordering food from the hotel waiter, the waiter did not serve the food after waiting for almost 20 minutes. I repeatedly told the waiter that he served the food, but I saw the hostess unhappily calling the waiter to the kitchen, as if she was admonishing her. The hostess did not seem to allow her to serve the food. I was confused. At the same time, I saw Chinese people at other tables opening the wine on the table next to them to drink. Isn’t this wine on the table for guests to drink? But the hostess was very unhappy and had some disputes with the guests, and I saw the guests leave! I felt that the hostess seemed reluctant to serve guests, and her attitude was not very good. We quickly left this unfriendly place after breakfast. This hotel is not a castle hotel. There is no kettle or hair dryer in the room. The breakfast is very bad. The hostess has a bad face. I will not come back again."
