The room was clean and comfortable, with a soft king-sized bed. Mineral water was provided very generously. The hotel is conveniently located, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I'd also like to commend the laundry service and the adorable robot!

We had a very satisfying stay. Upon check-in, the front desk kindly upgraded our room after noticing we had two children. While the hotel isn't particularly large, it's very well-equipped with facilities, including a gym and a laundry room. After we settled in and took a stroll around Jinwan Plaza, we returned to find late-night congee available – a truly thoughtful and heartwarming touch. The front desk service was exceptionally attentive. They readily provided extra duvets for our room and even offered complimentary bottled water at check-out. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness were truly impressive. Highly recommended!

Atour offers friendly service, heartwarming late-night congee, and even robot delivery service for water. We also received a complimentary upgrade to a spacious room with two 1.5-meter double beds. At the Tianjin Station Atour, while there were a few minor hygiene details – perhaps reflective of local conditions – these were always promptly addressed, and the service was remarkably efficient. However, the soundproofing was a bit average.

My biggest complaint was about the housekeeping staff. Throughout my several-day stay, I constantly had to call the front desk because they either forgot to restock the bottled water or didn't provide slippers. The cleanliness was also quite disappointing. The bedsheets already had small black spots on them from the first day – I decided to overlook that – but how can they possibly miss seeing hair in the shower? I've stayed at many Atour hotels before, and this experience was truly not good.

The location is fantastic, right next to Heping Road Station (Metro Lines 3 & 4). Jiefang Road is just a stone's throw away, with historic buildings and numerous banks everywhere you look. It truly feels like you've landed in a prime, prosperous hub. This Atour branch, as always, upholds its signature quality. The air conditioning is powerful, the shower pressure is excellent, and bottled drinking water is amply supplied. The complimentary self-service laundry is impeccably clean, just like a professional paid service, and their late-night congee (Shenye Zhou Dao) is an incredibly thoughtful touch. It's often quipped that Atour is like a 'spiritual tram for middle-aged women' – offering a clean and tidy environment, a subtle, pleasant aroma, perfectly balanced polite warmth, and thoughtful hidden perks. And it's absolutely spot on! For the discerning mature woman, Atour is undoubtedly the top choice.

The downside was that the soundproofing wasn't great, and there was no in-room delivery service for evening laundry. On the plus side, the rooms were comfortable and pleasant, and the mini-fridge was well-stocked with drinks. The location was very convenient; the shuttle bus for Haibo was easily accessible nearby. We also discovered a fantastic restaurant nearby, Xinhua Restaurant, which made our first meal in Tianjin truly enjoyable.

The 1.2-meter wide beds can be easily combined, making it ideal for families with two children. It's just 100 meters from Jiefang North Road, perfect for easily capturing those stunning night view photos.

Great location, very convenient for getting around. Atour is always the right choice for travel, and I'll definitely be back.

The room was very spacious, and the lobby had plenty of comfortable seating. Robot delivery of takeout to the door was very prompt. They proactively offered drinks during check-in and would ask if we needed bottled water when leaving. The laundry room was also very convenient, and with two elevators, waiting times were short.

The room was spacious and very clean, with an excellent layout. The service, however, was even more outstanding. They provided complimentary drinks, fruits, and even free late-night snacks like steamed buns and millet porridge. It's a definite must-stay for anyone visiting Tianjin for tourism or to see friends and family. Highly recommend!

Centrally located in Tianjin, it's extremely convenient for getting around. They offer complimentary porridge in the evenings, which is a really nice touch. Admittedly, Datong Road right outside the hotel can be a bit disorderly, but that's a municipal issue for Tianjin and not the hotel's fault.

This trip, we were traveling with elderly family members, a 3-year-old, and a baby just a few months old. The hotel service was excellent, and we were very happy with our room arrangements. They were also able to accommodate all our requests. There was a slight hiccup when upgrading my membership card, but the manager was quick to help resolve it – much appreciated! Our room was also clean and tidy, offering excellent value for money.

The room was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, spacious, and bright. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent, attentive service. I will definitely choose Atour Hotel again for my next stay.

Hotel was clean and easily accessible. Ordering food delivery to hotel is also an ease of mind with robot delivering it to room directly. Kudos to the hotel team and thanks for the great service!
