The main cottage has 3 bedrooms and there’s also a seasonal “bunkie” (equipped with a desk, TV & mini fridge) available during the summer months.We do mandate a week long reservation in the summer and check in from 3pm and check out at 11am.The space- cottage nestled in the heart of the Balm Beach community- Deck off the front of the cottage, as well as a larger deck with outdoor picnic table, and bonfire pit with numerous Muskoka chairs provides comfort and relaxation- Weber BBQ- Fresh water well nearby (tap water is completely drinkable)- Ample parking available (3 in driveway, 2 parking passes available inside the cottage for renters to utilize)- Brand new furnace, kitchen & washroom, flooring, windows, completely refinished- TV/DVD player with Google Chromecast - WiFi- Brand new washing machine and dryer*Please bring your own sheets for the beds you plan on using (fitted, top sheet and pillowcases)Guest accessYou will have access to the entire cottage and property. The fully-outfitted kitchen includes an electric stove, full-size fridge, drip coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and all necessities to prepare a gourmet meal, including pots and pans, spatulas, spices and oil. Long counters and a large waterfall island provide ample space for food preparation, cooking and baking. Enjoy your beautiful meals at the large stylish harvest table indoors or the dining set outside. All dishware, silverware and glassware is provided for your convenience.If you prefer your meals cooked outdoors, a gaz BBQ is available on the patio adjacent to the kitchen. Sit back and relax after your meals in the living area, enjoying a delightful fire in the gaz fireplace or watching a show on the available smart TV. If you're up for some fun, make your way down to the recreation room on the lower level, where you will find a full-sized air hockey and Foosball tables and basketball arcade game.
