Strategic location next to metro. Room is abit small and tatami style. Will consider if I travel budget otherwise will choose others 15 mins walk to Shinjuku

We had a disgusting dirty room on the 3rd floor that smelled terribly of mold and the toilet smelled like cat litter... it was very cold at night because of the dampness, there were clumps of dust everywhere and there was someone else's hair in the bed. Stay here if you want to get up very early to escape this hotel somewhere...

It was very cold because of the strong wind, and they don't change the towels and bedding unless you ask for it. The bathroom smells a lot of mold. I think it would be a little better if you come in the summer when the weather is nice.

The transportation is convenient, but I won't say much about the room. I personally don't like it. It has tatami and is super dark. I personally don't like it.

For those looking for accommodation near Shinjuku and those looking for cheap and cost-effective accommodation I recommend it. It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Isetan Department Store, and there are many quiet and delicious restaurants nearby. It's less than a minute's walk from Shinjuku Gyoen Station. It takes about 15 minutes on foot from Shinjuku Station and the location is great.

very satisfied! Although the room is a bit small, the sparrow is small and well-equipped with everything you need, and there are tea and coke in the refrigerator. The room is also very clean, with a small balcony, and the hotel is in a small alley, very quiet! Next to Shinjuku Station, I think this configuration is also very good!
