Providing helpful and timely service is one of our top priorities, and we’re glad to hear we were able to assist with your requests.Regarding your comments on room cleaning, we would like to explain that, as part of our hotel policy across all Minn properties, we do not offer daily housekeeping during short stays in order to reduce environmental impact and respect our guests' privacy. However, for stays of 7 nights or more, we offer complimentary cleaning once every 7 days. If additional cleaning is desired, we provide it as an optional service for 4,400 JPY per session (tax included). Guests can request this by informing our staff by 3:00 PM the day before.We understand that taking out the trash daily may have been inconvenient, and we appreciate your understanding on this matter.Once again, thank you for your thoughtful review and recommendation.
