Great choice for your next trip! It's a hotel with a 7-11 nearby and just next to a subway station. The free shuttle bus from Shinjuku station to the hotel was hard to find so we took a taxi there in the end. It would be better if the hotel made their instructions clearer on the website. Make sure to look for the West Exit of the Shinjuku station. Overall 9/10 with the spacious room and the great service! Make sure to book for park view to have a glimpse of Mt Fuji in the morning~

The location is fabulous and close to CBD. I take this hotel for my business trip and the room is spacious and clean.

The hotel is in very good location with perfect services. Just the price is slightly expensive

Not in the optimal location. Rooms are quite small. I much prefer hotels in GINZA

For more time to visit tokyo then decided to stay this hotel , it's warm and lovely stay and come back soon

The location is incredibly convenient for transportation, the facilities are excellent, and the service is top-notch! There's a direct bus stop to Narita Airport right outside, a 7-Eleven downstairs, and the subway station entrance is just a 3-minute walk away.

Impeccable service from start to end. One thing was we inquired if a breakfast sandwich could be arranged as we left early for a tour - and the front desk “explicitly say NO” without any further confirmation from higher management as we had booked a stay with breakfast. There’s a 7/11 and Lawson located in the same building. Subway station conveniently also in the same building!

The hotel was quite good. My high-floor room offered expansive views, and on a clear day, you could even catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji in the distance. Breakfast was predominantly Western, lacking hot congee, which might be a downside for those with a Chinese palate. During my stay, the Metropolitan Government Building across the street put on an enjoyable light show in the evenings. I was also very satisfied with the hotel's body treatments. I'd definitely return.

disappointed with the hotel even though its hyatt.. stayed at westin before moving to hyatt.. compared to westin the toilet and bathroom were not as good..

The staff were incredibly warm and professional, always proactive in helping guests with any issues. The room was clean and bright, and well-equipped. I particularly appreciated the large bathroom and consistent water pressure, making for a great shower experience. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a fresh and abundant selection of dishes, ranging from local specialties to international options. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with excellent transport links nearby and several shopping areas within walking distance. Overall, it's a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Excellent rooms and services. Very close to Shinjiku Park, metro station and Tokyo metro government Buildings Observation Deck.

The room is cosy and comfortable with subtle design. The general experience is good. The location is a bit remoted. It would be better if the shuttle bus schedule is more frequent.
