Location near a smaller subway called Keio that takes you to a larger station so it was easy to move around the city. The hotel decor is luxurious and rooms spacious. The lobby is mostly unattended, a call button is there if you need assistance. This hotel is good for independent travelers. The beds are very firm and large. Great pillows.

I used this facility because I had an exam nearby. The building is like a converted apartment building. The main light flickered so I refrained from using it, but there were several lamps and plenty of light, so the room was bright. Due to the location, there were a lot of ambulances at night, but I was able to stay there comfortably.

The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that there weren't many electrical outlets. However, the room was spacious and I was very grateful that the bathroom and toilet were separate.

The front desk clerk spoke a little English when I checked in, and the communication process went smoothly. On the first day of booking, the flight was delayed, so the hotel coordinated check-out. When I checked in on the second day, I discovered that I had not noticed that I had booked a twin bed but there was no one staying there. "One person", so when we checked in that day, we were asked to pay an additional fee of $10,000 yen (two nights). Ctrip's customer service was terrible. They couldn't understand Chinese at all and there were communication problems. The hotel room is large and comfortable. It has been renovated. There is a smoking area upstairs. The night view is great. It is also close to the station and convenient for shopping. The bed is very comfortable. It is worth staying here.

The room was exactly like the promotional pictures, spacious and elegant. There was even a microwave and toaster on the floor. Japan has a very developed bento culture, and you can find fresh, delicious, and cheap bento everywhere. It's so convenient to bring it back to the hotel and heat it up in the microwave. The front desk clerk told me that there was free coffee on the day I went, and I didn't need to tell them when I left, just drop the room card in the box at the front desk. The trust and respect they show for their guests is touching. The hotel is reasonably priced, and I think I will choose it again next time I go.

It is conveniently located as it is one subway stop from Shinjuku Station, and it has a local neighborhood feel, so it is not bad in terms of location. It is quite large for a Japanese hotel, and the soundproofing is very good. The heater works well and the hot water comes out well. I would like to visit again next time.

I didn't ask for an extra bed, but I was impressed that the owner saw that there were three of us and added an extra bed for free. The room was large and nice, the location was a 10-minute walk from the station, and there were many restaurants around the station. The downside was that the room was a little cold, but the pros made up for the cons.
