"We were surprised by how clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished our hotel and room were. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast; it fully met our expectations. The reception was very accommodating and friendly. The location on the edge of Trier's old town and right next to the bus stop is ideal. We were happy. The fact that it rained most of the time didn't bother us much, especially because of the beautiful hotel."

"The room is cleaned once every 3 days and the used towels are then removed, so a large pile of dirty laundry on the floor, not a pleasant sight.
no ventilation in the room, window can be set to a ventilation position, but if the room is at the front (street side), the noise of the traffic from the busy street is TOO TOO, the window must remain closed but there is no fresh air fine.
Too few parking spaces, a real disaster, and then you also have to ask when checking out: whether your car is in a HOTEL parking lot (and then also charge money for that). No, of course not, there are definitely not enough.

"Location was great! Just across the Road the Porta Nigra, from the Hotel room for sure you can have the nice evening view of it! Breakfast Buffet was perfect! City Center just after crossing the Porta Nigra, walking distance almost to all Tourists spots!"

"The parking lot that comes with it has very few parking spaces, and the front desk staff suggested that we park in the nearby parking lot for a fee of 2 euros. There was a bed that could be opened on the wall behind the sofa. We booked two beds when we booked, but the hotel forgot to put the bed in place. The staff was asked to operate and the staff apologized. Breakfast is quite rich. Luggage can be stored at the front desk. At the time of check-out, the staff must provide us with an English version of the proof of payment, but Ctrip is only Chinese, and the Ctrip website is replaced with the Chinese language. I have been working on this for a long time! Isn't the entire process Ctrip not agreed with the hotel? A lot of wasted time."

"Hotel booked without breakfast, nice view of Mosel. Public transport is nearby, so you can get to the city without a car. The hotel is a bit old, but we always like coming back. Above all, you can choose from different pillows. Unfortunately no coffee machine in the room, but if you like hot powder (granulated) coffee, this is the place for you"

"We arrived at 11 o'clock in the evening, and there was a little brother waiting for us. The suite in the room was great. But there is a German aunt at the front desk. Great murder, we went to dinner in the morning, said that there was no reservation for children, shouting at the restaurant. When I checked out, I went to pay the bill. I had to say that the four of us had charged us 200 euros. In fact, we had two adults with a 12-year-old child. After I explained to her, she changed the fee, but she had a bad attitude. 兩個大問題：1.很難找，因為幾乎沒有臨街的招牌，以至於我們就在酒店50米範圍內問了很多人，都不知道，實際很靠近旁邊的假期快捷。2.無人值守。過了11點就會自動鎖門了，因此沒法存行李，衹適合過夜或是連住兩晚。

The room is air-conditioned and the area is not small. Good service. Check in at 8 pm after 8 pm needs to contact the hotel first to enter the door password, there are two doors, very safe. The hotel front desk is on the second floor.

刘刘Small hotels in small towns, the whole town is within an hour’s walk, so even if the hotel is slightly remote (on the other side of the river), it does not affect too much. The heating in the room is relatively good, and the attitude of the waiter is the same as the arrogant German. Anyway, if the positioning is a budget hotel, the requirements are not particularly high, not bad.

MMing ShiThis hotel is located on the opposite side of the rail tracks, Hbf, or the Altstadt, making there will be challenging for those don't like 15mins walking, and especially if you have a lot of luggages or if it's raining/snowing. Maybe it's catered for tour groups or people driving. My room is located on the ground floor, which looks on the plan are mostly the wheelchair accessible rooms (shower toilet bigger than the bedroom). Not much amenities so be sustainable and bring your own. Self-service buffet, not luxury, but adequate for the day. Staff are polite and helpful.
