GGuest UserIt is conveniently located just outside Tsuchiura Station! Although the room is not big, it is very clean and comfortable. The price is very affordable in Japan and a simple breakfast is provided. It is a very cost-effective business hotel. If I have to say something wrong, the pillow is a bit high for me, which is suitable for people who like to sleep soundly. The air conditioner is located in the direction of my head! Everything else is fine!

GGuest UserThe room is very clean . Also the pathways and the sorroundings are clean and pleasant. Very comfy. There are also amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body soaps, coffee, hair brush,etc. There are extra pillows and blankets near the elevator too. The room rates are also reasonable.All in all I recommend 👍👍👍

However, the walls were so thin that I could hear the snoring from the room next door, so I couldn't sleep well. This time I was snoring, but considering that there was a possibility that I could hear people talking, I didn't think I could repeat it. Too bad😢

AAndyTThe hotel is very tidy and clean. The rooms are small but very complete. There is a coffee and green tea machine which is very considerate. The bath is not big but not many people use it. The water temperature is just right. Unfortunately, there is no parking lot, and no parking instructions are provided to guests.

GGuest User這是一個利用許多貨櫃屋組成的旅館，感覺設施還滿新的，位置在一個工業區附近，不是典型的觀光地區，適合自駕者住宿，前方有平面停車場，停車空間充足，就我的觀察入住者以日本人居多，如果是利用公共交通工具移動的人，基本上就不用考慮這家，不太容易到達。旁邊緊臨一間7-11，附近有超市(約1～2公里)，購物還算方便，可以購買一些食材回來烹調，房間內有一個小廚房可以利用，有微波爐、電磁爐、冰箱、餐桌椅，空間算是不錯，衛浴分成兩間，空間不大勉強還夠用，洗衣間總共有4台洗衣機，4個人總共兩天份的衣服，用700円洗和烘，還是有點溼，要再加200円烘30分鐘才會乾，以上是我這次住宿的經驗分享！

GGuest UserIt's a little far from Tsuchiura Station, but it's easily walkable.
The room condition was good, but usually other hotels provide water bottle service, but this does not exist.
Still, I was able to rest comfortably, and there was a Sukiya chain store right in front of the hotel, so I was able to solve the problem of eating cheaply.
If you reserve a hotel meal in advance, you can receive a meal ticket for around 1,000 yen.
Breakfast was also good.
One disappointing thing about the hotel facilities is that there is no bathtub, so you have to take a shower inside the room.

GGuest UserIt's convenient for transportation in front of Tsuchiura Station. I often use it because the breakfast is free and substantial. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a good view.

WWebbyPhilosA simple hotel. I was in a smoking room that they had cleaned but there was a lingering smell. There is a communal bath but not for men. The dinner was a fixed menu whilst helping yourself to rice and miso soup. Breakfast was some sandwiches you collect from reception
