"It's convenient for transportation in front of Tsuchiura Station. I often use it because the breakfast is free and substantial. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a good view."
"The front desk staff, amenities, and room cleaning were all very good.
However, the walls were so thin that I could hear the snoring from the room next door, so I couldn't sleep well. This time I was snoring, but considering that there was a possibility that I could hear people talking, I didn't think I could repeat it. Too bad😢"
"It is close to the station.
The person who responded was kind.
I felt good to walk in the morning because there was a river near the pass.
I was not troubled for one night.
It is necessary to bring it because there was no dryer or refrigerator.
I thought it would be good to aim there because there are facilities and drinkers for men in the vicinity of the pass."
"It is conveniently located just outside Tsuchiura Station! Although the room is not big, it is very clean and comfortable. The price is very affordable in Japan and a simple breakfast is provided. It is a very cost-effective business hotel. If I have to say something wrong, the pillow is a bit high for me, which is suitable for people who like to sleep soundly. The air conditioner is located in the direction of my head! Everything else is fine!"
"The hotel is very tidy and clean. The rooms are small but very complete. There is a coffee and green tea machine which is very considerate. The bath is not big but not many people use it. The water temperature is just right. Unfortunately, there is no parking lot, and no parking instructions are provided to guests."
"It was a small room, but it was clean. Regarding the location of the hotel, it was my fault that there was a lack of confirmation, but I felt that there was a little distance to the station on foot.
I didn't need to clean it, but the next day the doorknob didn't have towels, and when I asked the cleaner, the front desk person was in charge of the towels, so I told him to tell them directly. I thought it was a little strange system.
Breakfast was a little disappointing because most of them were the same menu on 3 days."
"I arrived 1 time before check-in because the number of parking lots is limited. I was preparing now from the front desk, so I was told to wait a little while, so I checked in early because I was ready after about 15. It was a friendly hotel in a small business hotel."
"Because Tsuchiura belongs to the country, the hotel's room facilities are a bit old, but still very neat. There are 7-11 downstairs, the room is much larger than other hotels, including breakfast, it is very rare. Breakfast is simple, curry rice is not bad. The price/performance ratio is very high. The young man at the front desk is very slippery in English and smiles. The hotel is very close to the Tsuchiura Station. It is just two steps away. Next to the train station is the library of Tsuchiura. There is a big supermarket on the 1st floor below."

Very Good
悠悠長 旅遊 日記Hoshino Resort BEB5 Tsuchiura is a vibrant hotel in Tsuchiura City, Ibaraki Prefecture, conveniently located near Tsuchiura Station. Designed for young people and cycling enthusiasts, the hotel embraces the ”cycling lifestyle” theme, offering free bicycle rentals, a repair station, and the option to bring your own bike to your room. It seamlessly connects to the 180km Lake Kasumigaura loop. The spacious rooms feature modern styling with Japanese tatami elements and are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and private bathrooms. Guests generally praise their cleanliness and comfort. The hotel's 24-hour café offers a relaxed atmosphere, featuring an industrial-style design and a large screen broadcasting live cycling events. Bringing your own food is welcome, adding to the casual atmosphere. While the service is friendly and attentive, breakfast is available for an additional fee and the selection is somewhat limited. The hotel is ideal for travelers seeking freedom and exploration, especially those who cyclists or those on short trips, though the design may not appeal to those with a more traditional taste.
GGuest UserA hotel that has seen better days, but still has reasonable and clean rooms, and friendly staff.
The biggest downside was despite being given a high up room with a view of the lake. The postal distrubition centre is located next door so truck noise could be heard all through the night.
A 10 minute walk to the station, but close to supermarkets and convenienve stores.
WWebbyPhilosA simple hotel. I was in a smoking room that they had cleaned but there was a lingering smell. There is a communal bath but not for men. The dinner was a fixed menu whilst helping yourself to rice and miso soup. Breakfast was some sandwiches you collect from reception
