"The hotel is very old, mainly for the hot springs and ski resorts, so the old hotel facilities can be tolerated.
If you imagine a luxurious trip with comfortable facilities and beautiful hot springs, then don't choose this hotel.
The ski resort can be skied in and out from the hotel, which is absolutely great for skiers.
The restaurant is good. There are buffets and à la carte kaiseki cuisine.
This hotel has many ********* friends, and there is also a ski training team on the first floor of the hotel. Speak Chinese, only cash is accepted.
I didn't see the stars at night.
The hotel is almost full, so the service staff are very busy. The phone in the room is basically unreachable.
The hotel is high in the mountains, there is no pharmacy nearby, and it is not convenient to travel. So families with children need to carry daily backup medicines.
Skiing is good, hot springs are good!"

"山側の眺望のお部屋でしたが、開放感があり空も広くて良かったです。
お部屋も広々していてソファもあり、キャリーを十分に広げられる広さです。
何より、ユニットバスに入る段差が無し！これは珍しいと思いますし本当にありがたいです。
個室のシャワーの水圧もいいし切り替えもできてとても良かったです。
山の上のため行くまでの道が険しく、猿もいたので日が完全になくなるまでに急いで向かったため、町で夕飯を買うことができず、カップラーメンで過ごしました。21時までの売店にもう少し夜食のレパートリーがあれば嬉しかったです。"

"とても静かでゆったりとした心地よい時間が過ごせて良かったです。
諸事情により、急遽、宿泊させていただきましたが、快く受け入れて下さり、感謝しています。
急遽、受け入れていただいたのもあるかと思いますが、古い物件でしたので、家具、建具、備品、お部屋、寝具等々は湿気をおびていて、清潔感に関しては良いとはいえませんでした。
ただ、かなり、広い物件で合宿等の多人数で宿泊するのには、お得な宿泊先だと思います。
各寝室に扇風機、リビングにサーキュレーターはありますが、エアコンがない？ので、真夏でも涼しい立地で問題ありませんでしたが、リビングにいる時はサーキュレーターと各部屋の扇風機をフル稼働しました。"

"We have been travelling through asia for two months, and this might have been the best hotel of the entire holiday. The location is spectecular, nezt to a river and between all the volcano plumes, the staff is friendly and are very detailed about how everything works. But the onsens are the best. First of all, they are open 24/7, so you can go there whenever you want. But there are a lot of them, with different temperstures, and its directly next to the river, so the background sound of the flowing river makes it even more relaxing. There is also a seperated onsen in another part of the hotel, which has an inside and outside part. This hotel is a truly amazing hotel."

ZZarasuohuaThis is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I like the natural hot spring water of the hotel. The buffet of the hotel is very good. The room with the mountain view is particularly comfortable. You can enjoy the scenery in the room.

Our 4-year-old child seemed to enjoy the pool, so he went to the pool two days in a row, sliding down the slide, and taking a break in the lazy river. It may depend on the plan, but it's a bit disappointing that even guests have to pay for the pool. The room was spacious and the view was nice.

GGuest UserI was surprised to see a hotel of the Floral Group in Japan. After reading the comments section, I learned that the front desk staff can communicate in Chinese and there is a pick-up and drop-off service from the JR station. It will be open in 2024. I made a reservation without hesitation. Before checking in, I learned The hotel contacted and learned that Mr. Hoshikawa and his wife are also Chinese. They have been studying in Japan for more than 10 years. It feels like meeting old friends in a foreign country. Because it is our first time to travel to Karuizawa, everything is strange to us. Hoshikawa The husband took the initiative to introduce us to us, and sent us to the car rental company to pick up the car the next morning, and reminded us of the precautions for driving in the snow. Since we stayed at the Karuizawa Prince Hotel the night before, our glasses and power bank were left behind. The hotel forgot to take it away, so I asked Mr. Hoshikawa to contact the Prince Hotel for help. Because the hotel is located halfway up the mountain, the hotel provides kitchen utensils for travelers to cook by themselves. Fortunately, we had enough time, so we bought all the hot pot at the 7-11 supermarket in Karuizawa. Ingredients, of course eating hot pot in the guest room restaurant is a rare experience! Thank you again🙏”Mr. Xingchuan” for your service!

DDabby RagasaWe drove up to Manza Ski Resort. It wasn’t difficult to find but because of adverse weather conditions, we had to take the longer route.
The Princes Hotel were accommodating, had good amenities for a hotel located high up in the mountains. It could do with a slight renovation, as there were leaks coming from the ceiling of the hallways.
The breakfast and dinner selection which were provided by the hotel were of decent selection. The highest onsen in Japan according to locals and our Japanese friend.
Better check out before the 10 AM time, otherwise a long form of queue awaits you at the reception.
A beautiful experience of outdoor snow and mineralised hot Onsen.
