"I was looking forward to this cottage♩It lived up to my expectations✨Everything was provided and it was almost too luxurious❣️The interior and exterior of the room were all stylish spaces, and I thought it would be great to live in a house like this♫I'd love to use it again for another luxurious stay🩵🩵🩵🩵"
"The address of the hotel, to drive another half hour from Karuizawa Station to Kaori... is a very remote, quiet place! There are even waiters who speak Mandarin/Cantonese at the reception, which is very friendly!
The room was large and had a bit of antique flavor, but it also felt clean...
The highlight was the indoor heated pool (yen1,500 per head), where the kids really had fun! This one really needs to be tried!
Dinner and breakfast buffet though not lost!
Overall, it was super satisfying... (kids)
Adults also think it's good 😁"
"I stayed with three families!
The location is great and the room is pretty clean!
Although it is in the mountains, there are about 2 convenience stores about 5 minutes by car, so it is safe even in the event of a chance!
It was fun!
Thank you!"
"A very cost-effective accommodation experience. You must stay here when you come to Karuizawa in winter! It feels like arriving in Europe! I don’t know why I want a TV here? The snow scenery alone is worth the price of admission. I really want to come and stay here every winter~"

Very Good
ZZarasuohuaThis is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I like the natural hot spring water of the hotel. The buffet of the hotel is very good. The room with the mountain view is particularly comfortable. You can enjoy the scenery in the room.
Mmimi777The hotel is very old, mainly for the hot springs and ski resorts, so the old hotel facilities can be tolerated.
If you imagine a luxurious trip with comfortable facilities and beautiful hot springs, then don't choose this hotel.
The ski resort can be skied in and out from the hotel, which is absolutely great for skiers.
The restaurant is good. There are buffets and à la carte kaiseki cuisine.
This hotel has many ********* friends, and there is also a ski training team on the first floor of the hotel. Speak Chinese, only cash is accepted.
I didn't see the stars at night.
The hotel is almost full, so the service staff are very busy. The phone in the room is basically unreachable.
The hotel is high in the mountains, there is no pharmacy nearby, and it is not convenient to travel. So families with children need to carry daily backup medicines.
Skiing is good, hot springs are good!
KKvaldirWe have been travelling through asia for two months, and this might have been the best hotel of the entire holiday. The location is spectecular, nezt to a river and between all the volcano plumes, the staff is friendly and are very detailed about how everything works. But the onsens are the best. First of all, they are open 24/7, so you can go there whenever you want. But there are a lot of them, with different temperstures, and its directly next to the river, so the background sound of the flowing river makes it even more relaxing. There is also a seperated onsen in another part of the hotel, which has an inside and outside part. This hotel is a truly amazing hotel.
77upThe location is a bit far on the top of the mountain. There is snow when driving up there, but the road is still passable. The traditional Japanese tatami is very clean. The room only has a toilet and a washbasin. There is no bathroom. You have to go to the large bathhouse in the lobby to take a shower. This is a bit inconvenient. The biggest problem is that you have to walk about 100 meters out of the hotel to soak in the hot springs. It is cold outside. The road is dark and slippery, so I don’t recommend it if there are elderly people or children. One night, two meals a night, there was a buffet. It was the worst dining hall I had in Japan. I got up at around 8 o’clock in the morning to freshen up and get ready for breakfast, and went to the dining hall. It’s not open. It turns out that it’s over at 9:00. I haven’t tried the hotel and it’s over at 9:00. I can only drive down the mountain to find a place to eat by myself. The place is good and the scenery is beautiful, but I really won’t go there again.
