"Unique location. But F&B is simply too expensive. Better to ferry and eat opposite. Also the constant din from the music at the water playground in the opposite bank makes it difficult to have some peace. Palm cottage does not have good view if the back is not facing the river"
"Everything was top notch from the decor to service, however I have one small thing I would like the hotel t consider is adding an internal lock between the bedroom and bathroom door. Otherwise everything was very well thought of."

"Such an amazing stay. Rooms and resort are even better than the photos online. You truly get a “resort” feel here. Facilities are brand new and everything is extremely clean. Hotel is only 8 minutes to town and there are tuktuks ready to take you. Can not recommend this hotel enough for someone looking for a relaxing and upscale Kampot stay for a reasonable price. You will not regret staying here, it’s straight out of the movies. The free kayaks are a wonderful touch to the resort."
"Stayed here for 3 nights with my 8 year old son. Nice location by the small river with free kayaks and a free speedboat trip. Our room was riverfront with a nice balcony and everything was very clean and well maintained. Would I say good 4 star hotel needs a bit of service improvement like no fish or chicken available even though menu. But would definitely stay again."
"The hotel is a few kilometers away from the No. 3 road, the road is not perfect, so it is very difficult to walk, the location is relatively remote, the surrounding environment is not very good, the hotel interior planning is very good, the staff service is warm, but the room is not good, the toilet There will be water, the taste is very heavy, the mosquitoes are also very much, and the sleep is not good, that is, the environment planned by the hotel is very good, other general."
AAnonymous UserWe really enjoyed our stay here! First of all, the atmosphere is cozy and safe. The staff are very friendly and attentive to all requests. You feel very welcome.
The pool is simply gorgeous! Warm and very clean. Swimming in the evening under the stars is a delight!
Very good rooms (all the houses are two-storied). VIP rooms are located right by the pool, but the rest are no worse (perhaps even more suitable for those who want more privacy). The rooms have a refrigerator, strong air conditioning, and really hot water in the shower. The hotel opened recently, so everything is new. Staff take care of the territory every day.
The only thing is that the city center is about ten minutes away by transport. But it's possible to rent a bike or use a taxi. And you can relax in a not busy, quiet area.
I can really recommend this resort!
GGuest UserI absolutely loved my stay at this resort. The facilities are exceptional — from the stunning swimming pool and the spacious, flower-filled yard with fruit trees, to the well-equipped gym and charming restaurant that serves delicious foods whole day. The outdoor areas are thoughtfully arranged, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property.
What truly made our experience special was the hospitality of the staff. In particular, I’d like to mention one of staff Saly, who greeted us with warmth and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly arranged. He even connected us with a friendly and English-speaking Khmer tuk-tuk driver who took us on a fantastic private day tour to five major landmarks at a very reasonable price. They helped us to book tickets to Phnom Penh and to use their motorcycle to the downtown.
I’ve uploaded plenty of photos to capture the beauty of this resort — it truly leaves a lasting impression.
VVuthy PovRoad to resort is slippery but we like it. It's kind of adventure trip for us! Room is clean and nice. Management and staff are friendly and helpful.
Would recommend those who like nature, quiet place to stay...
GGuest UserThe boutique was cozy and quiet, as was the surrounding area. The other guests during our stay—both Caucasian and Asian—were respectful and low-key. Reception staff were friendly and proactive; they offered kayaking tips after overhearing our conversation. Our room and bathroom were clean on check-in. Breakfast met international standards, with slight variations each morning. We only used the swimming pool, so we can't comment on other facilities. Note that the boutique is about 100–200 meters from the main road, where there’s a 24-hour 7-Eleven. Some form of transport is helpful, especially since the path isn’t well lit at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay and would happily return.
张张The hotel is luxurious and simple, the service is warm and thoughtful, the waiters can only speak English or Cambodian, there are singers singing in the evening, you can give tips and order songs, the restaurant next to it has a good environment, and the taste of the dishes is also good!
GGuest UserI travel frequently to Kampot province for my trip. After trying several hotels, I confirm that Prek Kdat Resort is the best place where to stay. Food is great, and is a nice view, rooms are cleans and wide, atmosphere is cool and personnel always kind and at disposal very much recommended.
GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at Nataya Round House this week. It's quiet, right on the water, and the service is so wonderful. Many thanks to Min Pai, who made our stay so nice. He went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed. He even found out it was our wedding anniversary and arranged a romantic dinner on the waterfront for us. He is a great manager, and his staff is well trained. The facilities are well maintained and clean, including the cute bungalows, which afforded privacy and comfort. It's a great place to escape for a few days. Just a couple of notes to make everything clear. First, there is no beach with ocean swimming at this hotel. There is a sandy area and a fabulous swimming pool, but you cannot go in the ocean. The salt water pool is currently closed. Secondly, Nataya is about 40 minutes by tuk-tuk out of Kompot, so it's kind of secluded. That was great, as we were looking for a little retreat to relax. But it means the only meal choice is the restaurant, which we found to be quite yummy and reasonably priced. This is a fantastic place for families to play together or couples/singles to find a retreat. If I lived in Cambodia, it would be my ”go to” place for a long weekend.
TTaenieThe price is not directly proportional to the environment. The hotel does not even have a conspicuous sign, all the staff does not seem to exceed 10, and there are blood stains on the quilt in the room that do not know when... The whole hotel is nothing more than It’s because it’s nice to lean on the river, the room feels like it’s been in disrepair, and there are holes in the ground! It looks terrible, I always feel that something like 🐍 will come in, and some of the nails on the ground that are used to fix the mold plank are not nailed well. It is dangerous to walk and scrape your feet!
