"Residence in Tver was given by friends with their spouse for their birthday. The truth was on February 10, and arrived later. The choice fell on this hotel and we didn't regret anything, as the service at the highest level starting from the entrance. The administrators quickly issued the documents and handed over the key to the 40 Deluxe room. The security was carried out on the underground parking to park the car (the places are limited in advance,true,,you can park on the street next to the hotel,but there are not always places. The room was large and comfortable with snow-coats in the bathroom. Breakfast "Swedish table" with delicious coffee and enough saturated! Stay left the most pleasant impressions,thank you very much! The only thing if you choose this room is not very comfortable to sleep with open windows because it's a little noisy from the road. But there's an air conditioner in the room. And I didn't understand a little before the birthday question:maybe a compliment, but for a certain date(I had a big one, almost 10 days later).Accept our sincereest thanks for the service ,creating comfort and comfort!!! "According to the duty of the service, they were sent on a trip and a standard room with a double bed was booked for the day.When they entered the bathroom, they found a bunch of cockroaches who rushed into the raft when the light was turned on. I couldn't overcome the brittleness from the seen and could not live in the hotel.I had to find another accommodation and stay elsewhere.I don't recommend booking this hotel, apparently the whole room fund is old and these "friends" are permanent guests of this hotel."

"Noced from 15-16 November. Heating was not available . A small heater was brought ))Rosetta is only one in the room .charged the phone in the toilet , which has no extra hook for the coat . To the room walk along the cold corridor very far away . The hotel is like barracks , no comfort and careful hand of the manager. Parking is missing . The administrator was polite ."

"Re-selected Premier Hotel during Tver visit. We liked the hotel because it is quiet, polite and friendly staff. There is an underground parking for a separate fee that is not much important in winter. Hotel cosy rooms, soundproofing quality, a large range of breakfast dishes. All rooms are clean, the impression that no one lived in them. There are no traces of stay, nothing scratched, nothing broken. This trip was booked half-luxe. The room is spacious, there is a tea corner, a refrigerator. If fate brings back to Tver, we will try to stay in this hotel. Special thanks to all the staff of the hotel for their care and attention."

"We went to Tver to celebrate their birthday. As a compliment, they gave a bottle of champagne. The room is clean. The administrator is polite. If you just stay, it is a perfect hotel. There is a refrigerator in the room. Comfortable location. Centre, next pedestrian street and embankment. "Water and tea are paid, no coffee. No breakfast. There is a fitness center near the entrance, there you can buy coffee. At 5 a.m., a garbage and a raw jar came under the window."

"I stayed there for three nights in August. It was travelling for work. Zvezda (which means "star" in Russian, by the way) is situated in the very heart of Tver', on the central and pedestrian Tryokhsvyatskaya Street. This is a significant benefit; the flip side, however, is a tiny validated parking. It's always occupied yet it is impossible to reserve a place there in any form—either via the electronic booking system or at their counter. Meanwhile, payment for city parking is a snag because a corresponding computer software was scandalously unreliable and glitched often, so we were constantly depending on the hotel staff for assistance—who were very helpful, I should say. As to the property as such, I have no major complaints. I got the room I'd requested, which had the view of the backyard, was clean and modern, and had decent sound insulation. Some personal items I'd have liked to see were missing, but my requests were quickly met. They serve an open buffet breakfast offering a wide selection of foods. Everything was well-prepared and nicely arranged. The service was attentive and efficient. The Roof Bar at the top obviously employs an experienced chef too. I didn't use their sauna. So, I'd recommend that hotel to travellers. Albeit it's somewhat overpriced, to my mind."
