A 2 PM check-in time is already quite inconvenient, and we still had the experience of joining the massive reception queue, only to be told, when it was finally our turn at 1:58 PM, that we couldn't check in yet because the official time was 2 PM, and we'd have to wait at the back of the line. In the end, we only managed to get into our room closer to 3 PM, which was extremely inconvenient for us as we were staying for a wedding at 4 PM. For check-out, the treatment was quite different, apart from the line still being enormous. We weren't given even a minute's grace period to check out. A truly disappointing experience for a luxury hotel; we will definitely be looking for a different hotel on our next visit to the city."
