"The kitchenware is complete, I bought green onions and eggs to cook instant noodles.
Self-service check-in is also convenient, but I forgot the check-out time (11:00), and I couldn't get in when I returned to the hotel at 12 noon. I called the customer service number and they re-wrote the card for me to pick up my luggage remotely.
The customer service automatically replied that I didn't need to worry about the broken cup and no compensation was required.
Check-in process: There is a door opening password and check-in QR code in the email. Enter the lobby and scan the check-in QR code with the card writing machine, and take the card and write the card according to the prompts"

"I spent one night in this hotel. It’s not that hard to find from the Ulm main station. Reception staff was friendly and helped us out with our questions. It was clean and silent, which is the most important things to me. So I can only recommend"

"Everything was great for the price. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the boiled eggs and organic yogurt were particularly impressive. However, I had a hard time sleeping because my body itched, whether it was the bedding or the carpeting. There weren't any bugs, but I think it was the dust. Other than that, the view was great, and the staff was friendly!"

"The road is still under construction, but the transportation would be quite convenient if it were not. The ham and yogurt for breakfast are delicious, and there are free apples and water in front of the front desk, and free water in the room."

"Excellent location in between of cafes / restaurants/ direct opposite to the Munster and short working distance to the river Danube.
We found the typical functional Motel One standard with a nice bar + rooftop.

ZZHENGXINCozy little hotel, living in a triple room, a large bed plus a sofa bed. The room is small, it is a sloping roof, it is short, the bed is basically full, but it is very clean. American breakfast, similar to the average hotel, there are some, feel good. It is easy to find with navigation. In the small town outside Ulm, there is a free private parking at the door, suitable for self-driving. The front desk is off work at 8:00 in the evening, and the bar is self-service after work. Please enter a checkin first, please drink a cup, this is a bright spot

SSHANSHANThe location is a 15-minute walk from the cathedral. There is a subway station outside. Breakfast is served at the hotel next door. The underground parking lot is suitable for children. Our family room for three has four beds, which is very spacious. Simple, clean, and cost-effective.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel stay with good area. You can walking from train station and very close Ulm Münster so it will have bells sound often. At first floor also have cafe&restaurant. But here have no elevator so please careful to request high floor if you have a big luggage 😅 The staff so kind and help me to carry my big luggage to my room. The door of the hotel is on the side of hotel. You should come to check-in at the cafe “Henriettas Coffee World”
