The room was clean. The hotel is also located close to the bus stop so it is convenient to travel around.

The hotel felt very safe and was in a nice area of the city. They provided excellent service and reviewed all the details with us. We really enjoyed our stay!

Parking facilities are somewhat lacking, but there is a traditional market nearby and it is close to the surrounding industrial complex, so it is a good location for business. It is a very good hotel, except for the shower nozzle that splashes all over the place, which is a bit inconvenient. The heating is especially good.

Hotel staff are friendly I liked that the amenities were luxurious and the hotel location was convenient. I think I'll come here again next time. I'm satisfied with the price.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. There is a terrible odor coming from the bathroom toilet. A sewer-like smell keeps rising and the water pressure seems a bit weak. If you don't close the bathroom door, you can't use it. Hot water doesn’t work well! I thought it would take a while for it to come out, but even that was too cold to use in the winter. It was clean and nice except for the bathroom, but I couldn't leave it out. And the room slippers looked strange(!). It's very uncomfortable. You'll see when you go there.

Don't you usually book a hotel so that if it's hot outside, you'll be comfortable inside, and if it's cold outside, you'll want to be warm and comfortable inside? . The whole hotel was just too cold. Breakfast was delicious, but it was so cold that it was very uncomfortable. Not only was the room cold, but I called twice to raise the temperature. The male counter staff was very unfriendly. This is a hotel I visit often. I visit it because it is good for children to play in the water. The rooftop pool has a nice atmosphere and is good for children to play in the water, but the staff is not that friendly.
