"Horrible, nasty, dirty, complete with mouse turds. There was hair in the tub and sink (not mine). Light fixtures didn't work. The walls, switch plates, everything was covered with greasy dirt. Nice sign on the door to be sure to use bolt - except there wasn't one. And the wireless internet didn't work, and the staff said they'd check the router and then refused to answer any further calls. ARGH!"

"Everything was great until I asked to check out two days early and was denied. Paid for two nights that I didn't use because I went back home to nurse a cold. Thanks for the not so great service!"
