Romantisches Hotel Menzhausen ★★★★

"We booked a wellness stay at Hotel Menzhausen via MyDays and were unfortunately disappointed. The check-in was still in order, but our cards were not checked out and we were then largely left to ourselves. There was no information about the use of the wellness area, and even the map for our additional massage was forgotten. Also the welcome drink was and was banned due to a unclear, previously not communicated time limit. The cleanness of the hotel left very much to desire. The chair was clearly polluted, Christmas and table lights were smooth and dustful. The restaurant had only the surprise menu without alternative choices so I had to go hungry back to the room. The 3-gang menu was with the paid experience ticket. Our room 151 was also in very poor condition. Here are some defects: broken and polluted tiles, very dust heaters with wall color on the controller, tape floor with sticks (drawn through the entire building), mirror old and consumed, hole in the washing basin. (According to staff already available for about 6 months), day and night significant noise disturbances on the hall right in front of our room door, so hardly thought of relaxing sleep. reason: A defect door! The wellness area was not taken care of. We left the hotel right next day. We are extremely disappointed and unfortunately cannot recommend the hotel. We will not come back"
