"This is a very good value for money hotel. The most noteworthy thing is the hotel's service. The hotel manager Gökhan contacted me through social networks a few days before my stay to ask about my check-in time and if I needed anything. I also took this opportunity to ask some questions about traffic information. Several staff members at the hotel front desk were also very enthusiastic and took the initiative to provide tea and candy. Every time I asked a question, they went out of their way to provide me with the most comprehensive information and help. This house is entirely the property of this hotel. There is a restaurant downstairs, a beautiful lobby on the first floor, and rooms upstairs. There is a large elevator and nice decoration. They upgraded my room so it was on the top floor with a good view. The room is fully equipped with TV, hairdryer and refrigerator. Wireless internet is available on every floor. The bathroom is quite large and the balcony is also very comfortable. Free breakfast is also provided in the morning. The breakfast in Van is very rich, and there are many kinds of jams. Every breakfast was very satisfying. The hotel is in a great location, very central. But it's in a relatively small alley, so it's not noisy. The hotel is within walking distance of the main tourist areas near Van, where you can take a public bus, which is very convenient. If you want to take a taxi, there is a taxi stand within a three-minute walk from the hotel. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel. The hotel's mattress is relatively soft. This hotel is generally a good choice, especially with its high cost performance, good location and good service attitude."

"It is new building and clean. Staffs are friendly & nice. Most important thing in this hotel is The reception Lady👍 She has the most important roll in managing hotel. She will help you with anything you ask regardless wether your question is About the hotel services or shopping out ir finding a suitable place. This lady is the Real important Key in this hotel. "The hotel was in the centre as a location cleaning order ***meat was good, but we left the car clean and was dirty without a closed parking side. The minibar products in the rooms were too expensive for outside. The air conditioning was either not working or not in the bathroom. I don't know if we didn't tell them that, they wouldn't be interested in it. It was a good breakfast."

"The service attitude is great. Every employee is very nice. This shows the high level of management of this Hilton, including helping me to surf the Internet Wi-Fi. The breakfast area is also perfect. The room is clean and comfortable. The only downside of the hotel is that it is far from the lake. The 6-lane highway speeds past at speed. It would be perfect if the hotel has a safe passage that can easily reach the lake."

"Overall the hotel is new and location is good. The service of all the staff from the reception to the concierge to the breakfast restaurant staff - are excellent! The only thing that is misleading is they do NOT have 3 single beds yet trip.com stated there were and so I selected this hotel because of the triple beds. Upon check-in they gave us one queen bed and one single bed and when I asked them they said they do NOT have such category of room...so I told them to update in trip.com so that it won't mislead us."
