Reception, very friendly 
The bellboy very helpful 
The shower water pressure not strong enough
The location is fantastic. Many convenient shop and best restaurant is just walking distance, 
Breakfast is normal don’t expect much.
I’ll will definitely stay again if I come to Vancouver again

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! After flying all the way from South America, I was so impressed. The Wi-Fi was fast, the room amenities were great, and the shower pressure was especially amazing. I'll definitely be staying here again!

The food was very good.The location was perfect for our trip. very close to the stadium and my son loved nice. it was very easy to move around. i would love to stay there again in our next visit

Dear Hotel Manager,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn/Hilton in Vancouver and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience with the front desk team.
Unfortunately, I found the level of service to be below the usual high standards I associate with the Hampton Inn/Hilton brand. Specifically:
I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 a.m. on December 15, 2024, and was informed by the front desk staff that I could not sit in the lobby because my check-in time was 3:00 p.m. The staff member's approach felt dismissive, and I was asked to leave the lobby, which was disappointing after a long journey.
Upon arrival, I even cant not have a cup of water, and it was not provided. Is this due to hotel policy, or was it an oversight? Basic services such as offering water to arriving guests are often considered a courtesy and can greatly improve the guest experience.
Additionally, the front desk staff seemed inattentive during check-in and did not address my concerns effectively. This lack of professionalism left me feeling unwelcome.
I understand that managing guest interactions can sometimes be challenging, but I believe addressing these issues could significantly improve the experience for future guests.

The room was clean and very spacious, bed was huge, bathroom was nice, breakfast was so so good. Every single breakfast food option known to man was available in abundance until 10:00am on the dot. staff were excellent and very professional. The amenities like the gym and sauna were great. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to anyone.

Service was ok. The rook was right at the elevators but we stayed just for 1 night so it was manageable. We had delayed flight from Vancouver and staff was nice enought to let us park the vehicle in the hotel parkade for 2 hours after check out. I personally would prefer cheaper rate for parking.
