Hôtel Mercure Versailles Château Reviews

I arrived at the hotel at around 11pm. After checking in and going to the room, I found that the door card socket was broken and there was no electricity in the room. The traces of maintenance during the day and the glue were not dry yet. The front desk had to try various things, and finally they got a roll of tape to cover it. During this time, a guest came in and out, came back and left again. I asked if I could be given another room, but I was told that they were all fully booked. After nearly an hour of waiting, they told me to just forget it and move to another room, 217 or 405. *******, it was already the middle of the night and they made me wait for so long, and finally they told me to just move to another room! ***, what have you done so far! ! Rubbish! ! No integrity at all! !

The room was truly tiny, not even as big as a budget hotel in China. Even for a four-star hotel, it couldn't even fit a 28-inch suitcase. The double beds were all 1.5 meters long, not even 1.8 meters. I don't know how those overweight European couples squeezed in; they'd fall to the floor if they rolled over. The basement garage can only accommodate five or six cars, with a narrow entrance and low interior, so you could easily bump into each other. Breakfast was also simple: fried eggs, bacon, bread, juice, and the like. However, the hotel's location is quite good, right in town, a ten-minute walk from the Palace of Versailles and the metro station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, a supermarket 200 meters away, and a self-service coin-operated laundry a few dozen meters downstairs.

It's a small hotel but a great experience. Very close to Versailles.

Very nice hotel with welcoming and helpful staff. Clean and super nice room. Hearty and varied breakfast.

早餐非常豐盛，房間寬敞整潔。距離凡爾賽宮和火車站都很近，步行10min可到。周邊很安靜，有不少餐廳，還有超市和水果店。😃
