The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. One pleasant surprise was the food—it’s reasonably priced compared to many other Club Mahindra resorts. Although the service at the restaurant can be a bit slow, the food itself is delicious and worth the wait. The staff is very courteous and helpful. For people traveling with kids, you can easily spend a day within the resort as well with the different activities it has to offer."

It has vibes of traditional Kerala constructions that is also suitable for the climate there. This is unlike the regular resort settings as it is inside rain forest. Look no further if you are heading to Wayanad! Met a great service team who consitently maintained engagement through nature talk by naturalist, bird walk, etc. My daughter enjoyed feeding fish, learning about different species that live in the vicinity, ofcourse food with live music, etc."

The location is excellent, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions. The weather was amazing, and the place was clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The food was decent, though I felt the breakfast could have offered a wider continental spread. My only drawback was the pricing—I personally felt the room rates were a bit on the higher side for what was offered. Other than that, it was a lovely stay and a great experience overall."

"This resort has got one of the best views from the rooms. Rooms are spacious and clean with a separate sitting space, huge bathroom, big balcony offering uninterrupted views of valley and mountains. Staff is extremely polite, friendly and courteous. If you have any request regarding food then look out for F&B Manager Mr. Gopakumar. He’ll surely try to help you out with your request. In general I found that the resort staff was really prompt with their services."
