"Room was so hot we asked to the staffs if we can change the room or have fan lady said can’t change the room we was happy to for another room and fan lady said we have to buy the fan £18 which is not good and room fan location is not good it’s a d lift was out of service. Our was was 3rd flood really it was not experience. This hotel we tried first time unfortunately last time.
Next time we will book where we use to go."
