"Had a very pleasant 4-week stay at Crystal Brook Holiday Park on powered site, car and RTT. Location is great, near Warrandyte, which has a great selection of restaurants, shops and take-away. Bus stop for convenient travel into Melbourne very near. The park is a semi-rural environment with plenty of trees for shade. The amenities, i.e. camp kitchen, BBQs, ablution blocks and pool are spotless. Staff are very nice and helpful. Recommended!"

"OBVIOUSLY NOT GIVEN SAME PRICES & TERMS WE CANT HELP BUT FEEL WE HAD BEEN QUOTED AMOUNTS BASED ON WHAT WE COULD BE BLED FOR! This place is the epitome of SKID ROW DOWN-UNDER. Disgusting toilets, I think they have a sewage issue… approx 10 stalls and from the last one… took me to the 6th one to find no floating sold matter. Strange no toilet paper present with the above. Manager was extremely rude and unpleasant. My partner also called to get details accidentally not knowing I had… we found the info of rates and terms to be extremely different and having both confirmed what we needed. We both got different terms on our dog being allowed/not allowed. We have visited friends that have stayed time to time over the years and know of many resident dogs long and short term tenants and the stupid big piles of doo bags attached around poles like they been collected elsewhere and slapped up in clumps taken over time. This was the only reason we called to try get accommodation as we needed to travel with our older dog. I feel this business is based on sheer maximum profit and taking advantage of the most vulnerable people in society, you don’t have different rates and rules for different people - the manager was so blatant in not having a care in the world when I called back to ask why we got such quotes. I should have known better, I hoped to hell that it was a mistake or misunderstanding… I was wrong. I did find the reason there never seems to have anyone actually enjoying themselves or even enjoying themselves."

"Pleasant reception on arrival and provided with drink and discount cards that could be used at any bar in the venue. The room was comfortable and clean, however the soap, shampoo and conditioner containers were all empty. We were staying overnight due to attending a function at the venue. Sadly the drink cards were refused, even though I was told they could use them at any bar???? And drinks were being served at bar prices on the night. Then, being coeliac, the host had discussed with me the option of gluten free/ gluten friendly platter as you like to call it these days. She then ordered a gluten free platter to cater for my needs. She also advised that she had pointed me out to the waitress so that she could bring the gluten free platter to me. As I had been drinking I was looking for food, trays were coming out for others but no sign of the gluten free tray. After asking several times and being told it was coming, by 9:30 it hadn't showed. Normally I would have just let it go but I knew it had been ordered and at a heafty cost. It took some pushing to finally get a proper response from the supervisor, the platter had been delivered to the wrong room! They were putting one together asap and it would be delivered soon. It finally did come and was more than adequate, however disappointing that it had to be chased and for the host to find out how much trouble I had."

"The staff at the hotel is very hospitable and helpful. At the check-in, when the staff realised that my friend and I had booked a double bed instead of twin sharing, she immediately offered to change the room for us. Also, at the restaurant, we were welcomed by the staff and she was able to give very good recommendations of the food for us. We were also given almost a full glass of sparking as welcome drink. The estate is very beautiful and serene. We had a wonderful time there and the wines are superb! Would love to revisit someday."
