"Had a very pleasant 4-week stay at Crystal Brook Holiday Park on powered site, car and RTT. Location is great, near Warrandyte, which has a great selection of restaurants, shops and take-away. Bus stop for convenient travel into Melbourne very near. The park is a semi-rural environment with plenty of trees for shade. The amenities, i.e. camp kitchen, BBQs, ablution blocks and pool are spotless. Staff are very nice and helpful. Recommended!"

"Disappointed firstly the pool was really dirty and cold, even we were there on a warm day, no one can swim in there. We stayed for 2 night but I don’t think our towels get changed. The one hang up on the rack look dirty with spot on them. The service was terrible. We went to the reception to ask to help for printing the parking display that we need for the puffing billy. I know it’s our responsibility but it would be just a one minute job to print out a single sheet of paper. And indeed I was more upset with the attitude rather than the service itself. She could have tell me in a more informative way than say, I have a 20 minutes report to write, early on a Sunday morning. Also tried the bistro bar. Ordered burger for my son, which was not cooked properly and when I let the staff know, she brought back the cash without even asking any question of what our preference was. Salmon salad was bland. We also ordered the mixed platter, most of the food were burnt. Definitely Not gonna come back to either hotel or restaurant."
