"OBVIOUSLY NOT GIVEN SAME PRICES & TERMS WE CANT HELP BUT FEEL WE HAD BEEN QUOTED AMOUNTS BASED ON WHAT WE COULD BE BLED FOR! This place is the epitome of SKID ROW DOWN-UNDER. Disgusting toilets, I think they have a sewage issue… approx 10 stalls and from the last one… took me to the 6th one to find no floating sold matter. Strange no toilet paper present with the above. Manager was extremely rude and unpleasant. My partner also called to get details accidentally not knowing I had… we found the info of rates and terms to be extremely different and having both confirmed what we needed. We both got different terms on our dog being allowed/not allowed. We have visited friends that have stayed time to time over the years and know of many resident dogs long and short term tenants and the stupid big piles of doo bags attached around poles like they been collected elsewhere and slapped up in clumps taken over time. This was the only reason we called to try get accommodation as we needed to travel with our older dog. I feel this business is based on sheer maximum profit and taking advantage of the most vulnerable people in society, you don’t have different rates and rules for different people - the manager was so blatant in not having a care in the world when I called back to ask why we got such quotes. I should have known better, I hoped to hell that it was a mistake or misunderstanding… I was wrong. I did find the reason there never seems to have anyone actually enjoying themselves or even enjoying themselves."
