"Stayed here for an event at the stadium. It was perfect. Location, cleanliness, bar, food (breakfast). Only complaint is the self service check-in devices were not working so it took 25 minutes to check in"

"Stayed at Ark for one night when watching a concert at Wembley. The location was amazing, a 5 minute walk to the stadium and all the food outlets.
Didn't really get a chance to use the kitchen facilities, but having a fridge was great for having cold drinks and tea/coffee was provided.
Check in was easy, bed was comfy and after the concert we were back in the room within 10 minutes. Highly recommend."

"Has amenities you’ll need for a family stay but only one bathroom and no air-con. We stayed in one of the hottest days of July so it was so uncomfortable. Parking is extra fees."

"Check-in requires a 10-pound handling fee. The service is very good. The facilities are relatively old, but the room is relatively clean. If you want to clean the room, you need to go to the front desk before 10 o'clock every day to request it. The transportation is very convenient. There is a subway station across the road, and Wembley Stadium is a five-minute walk away. The surrounding supermarkets, convenience stores, McDonald's, Chinese food, and fried chicken are all very convenient, basically only a five to ten-minute walk away"

"Beautiful room. It’s got everything you need: fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board and a hairdryer. Could do with a mirror in the room but apart from this everything was lovely. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely time."

SSweet creamThe hotel service is warm, clean, and tidy, with cozy and spacious rooms. The hotel's location is excellent, and the housekeeping staff are also very friendly. The front desk sister is also warm and welcoming. The room prices are very reasonable! Gained more than one comfortable and enjoyable stay, as well as worldly fireworks.

AAnonymous UserI stayed one night for work, got a great deal from Trip.com. The hotel is under one minute walk from Wembley Park station with lot of places to eat nearby and few minutes’ walk from the Designer Outlet. Room was big, clean, well maintained with good amenities like ironing board and iron. There’s a fridge in the room with free bottles of water and tea/ coffee making facilities. It was a good stay, though I was there on a non event/match day so it was quite nice and quiet in my room.

GGuest UserWe were attending an event at Wembley Stadium, and this hotel was perfect as it is a 5 min walk from the stadium and made our evening so much easier. It was very expensive for one night as the prices were put up for the concert, which was a bit disappointing. We were also slightly disappointed with the breakfast as the only options available were continental, which was not what we paid for. However, all in all we were impressed with the fantastic rooms which were lovely and the hotel generally is very clean, well decorated and a great place to sleep, and would definitely consider coming back!

GGuest UserCan’t fault the location of this hotel if you’re visiting either Wembley Stadium or Wembley Arena both in walking distance which is why we booked it. Other hotels nearby were £300-£400 plus, we paid £190 for our room, for that you get no frills, by that I mean a clean bed and towels but no toiletries. The stickyback plastic covering had come away from the bottom of the shower. The floorboards creaked badly when you walked around the room (felt sorry for the people underneath) and the carpet had clearly seen better days. A nice long mirror in the room but no plugs nearby to do your hair or make up. Lighting not efficient for either of those tasks, wall light barely hanging on the wall and the general look of the room was very dated and shabby. For the money we expected a nicer room than we got and with a little money and effort it could have been. So for us not a particularly pleasant stay.
