"It is a very pleasant familly trip in Wenchang Royale Wyndham Hotel. The location is good and facilities meets our expectation for a standard leisure trip. I should emphasize that the service . It is WONDERFUL. Raja, our butler , who welcame us from the day we arrived hotel and greeted every time he met us the later on, is a real gem of hotel . His profession and kindness are highly appreciated. I will also pay my tribute to the swimming pool rescuer 陈飞锦 and front desk staff Ms. 符， who helped us a lot in handling some unexpected situation. All in all, I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone who visit Wenchang city."

"My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly patient when I called ahead, and check-in upon arrival was super quick. The room had amazing natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a great view of the street. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, the mattress had just the right firmness, and I slept soundly all night long. The bathroom featured a sensible wet/dry separation, the hot water was consistently stable and at a perfect temperature, and the toiletries had a lovely, subtle botanical fragrance. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options; the freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruit were especially delicious. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of local eateries and snack shops nearby. Even at check-out, they proactively asked about my experience and even offered a complimentary bottle of water – such thoughtful attention to detail! I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!"

"The location is a little far from the train station, but the hotel shuttle bus was easy to find and easy to book! All of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I had not problems booking a massage, going to the beach, or finding me room. Check in and check out was simple and fast. One of the staff/managers spoke English and gave her WeChat to us. She helped with everything from booking items, getting the shuttle, and checking in. I really appreciate GIL’s help! I would recommend the hotel and I would stay there again!"

"A very good seaside homestay. The cotton bathroom and toiletries are of the standard of a five-star hotel. It is so nice to take pictures inside and outside the yard. I also enjoyed breakfast facing the sea. I used to stay in hotels. This time I brought my puppy and could only choose a homestay. I didn't expect to have the chance to choose such a great homestay. For this price and such excellent service, the value for money is absolutely outstanding! I was so impressed that I immediately booked another stay for July right after checking out.
