"Jungfrau Hotel Annex Alpine-Inn has a great location to admire Jungfrau right at your hotel room balcony. In the week of many rainy days, I was lucky to be able to see Jungfrau at my room when I checked in. Then it rained for the following 2 days. Good that hotel provides an umbrella for each room to use on rainy days. It’s a bit walking (8-10 minutes, all flat) to the train station but I enjoyed the walking under the foothill of Jungfrau. Hotel staff were nice including the staff working in the breakfast area. Breakfast room is clean and foods are decent. Wilderswill is just 10-min train or bus ride from Interlaken. With a choice of train or busses, you won’t need to wait too long to get to the destination of your choice."
"A very nice, well-kept accommodation in the heart of the Bernese Oberland. We were welcomed and looked after in a very friendly manner. everything went smoothly. We thank you again for the wonderful stay!"
"Very nice, spacious and bright apartment. Quiet and yet centrally located (train station, bus and shops nearby). We felt very comfortable, it was a great vacation. The only disadvantage, which has nothing to do with the accommodation: Unfortunately, the g"
"The chalet is ideally located for day trips in all directions in Switzerland. The accommodation is also easily accessible by lift, looks very spacious and has high-quality furnishings and is comfortable despite the 2 sofa beds. Even a garage was available"
"Key holder does not keep to agreed appointments. Furniture description tastefully furnished is not correct match. The apartment is tastelessly furnished. Large and well equipped kitchen, large terrace, great location. price too high, but customary for the"
"The location of the hotel is farther from the train station than other hotels. The place is clean and tidy, and the breakfast has many varieties and features.
It's a pity that I have to give a bad review on the service. I should check in at 3:00 pm, and I won't have a room until 4:00 pm. It is also different from the room pointed out 1 hour ago.
We sat outside the door of the room to eat, took a cloth stool to put food on, and covered it with protection. But an old woman (it seems to be the owner of the hotel, who lives next door to our room) passed by, took two pieces of cloth and asked us to protect this stool 😳 During the period, we kept admonishing us not to eat outside the door (should be Eating in the garden) will stain the stool, and remind you not to eat in the room. The garbage in the room should be taken out of the trash can 15 meters away, because it will produce peculiar smell and affect the air quality of the room. during moving food. The drink poured down, and her complexion became even uglier. He reprimanded him again, saying that he destroyed the stool.
This kind of service is really disgusting. We've stayed in hotels a lot, but have never met a hotel staff (or owner) like this.
100% not recommended, and the cost of living is not cheap. It is a really bad hotel stay experience. Highly not recommend as it doesn't match its high price with its service."
"The room is nice and has a balcony. If you travel to the Interlaken area, there are several beautiful towns with Interlaken as the center, plus the Jungfrau scenic area. It is more suitable to stay for 2 nights and drive by yourself. I can recommend the village where this hotel is located. There are several farmhouses in the village (called farmhouses in China), and this one is better. It is convenient to drive to major attractions and is 5 minutes' drive from the center of Interlaken. Food and accommodation are all OK. The only thing is that there is no elevator, so be careful with heavy boxes."
"It's a bit of a walk from the station, but once you know where it is, it's not that bad. The view is beautiful, so it was a nice walk!
Check-in was smooth and the key was a retro cylinder.
The room was great with a great view, and spending time relaxing on the terrace overlooking the cows and mountains was great, and I'd love to come here again!
We stayed here for two days and went to Harderkulm, Lauterbrunnen, and Grindelwald!
The breakfast was delicious!
Thank you for a great time!"
"This hotel is on the edge of the mountain, flowing water flowing from the front of the hotel, the river on the back of the mountain is very comfortable. Just got off at the supermarket bus stop and walked about 300-400 meters. From Interlaken West Station, take 105 for about 10 minutes. It is very convenient. All hotels will give you a free bus that you can take advantage of. If you have a 3-day trip, you can take the bus one day and take the entire Interlaken. The price in Switzerland is really high. The disadvantage of this hotel is that it can't be cooked and was found to be fined 500 Swiss francs. Eating is the biggest problem. Almost a fast food in the town center is about 200 yuan. You can consider taking a bus to the second floor of the ost supermarket in Interlaken. It is cheap, and a person can eat enough 60-70."
