I was quite apprehensive after reading some negative reviews about this hotel, but upon checking in, I found my experience to be completely contrary to those comments. The front desk attendant was all smiles and even proactively offered me a complimentary room upgrade, which made a truly excellent impression. My room was impeccably clean, and the bathroom design was absolutely to my liking. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options, and I particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared noodles – they were delicious! Overall, this hotel far exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

During my business trip, I had to work late into the night at the hotel every day. One evening, while rushing to finish a proposal around midnight, my laptop suddenly ran out of battery. To make matters worse, the charger I brought with me was broken, and I was in a complete panic. I called the front desk, not really expecting much, just hoping they might have a solution. To my surprise, the staff not only quickly delivered a compatible charger, but this thoughtful gesture made my otherwise dull and exhausting business trip exceptionally warm. A hotel with such personal and caring service truly deserves my highest recommendation and repeat business.

The hotel boasts direct access from the subway station, and the Chang'an Gate of the city wall is visible right outside the entrance. My only minor complaint is the considerable walk involved when transferring between subway Line 6 and Line 2.

Arriving on a rainy day, I was immediately put at ease when a staff member kindly offered to wipe the rain off my suitcase, instantly making the damp arrival feel much less bothersome. This stay was incredibly comfortable! The front desk staff were incredibly efficient; the whole process, from check-in to check-out, was seamless and effortless. The staff always had a smile, making them approachable and friendly, and were extremely professional. The hotel is super close to the subway, just a 5-minute walk away. A convenience store is also just 50 meters away, making it incredibly convenient to grab drinks and snacks. The room had smart controls for the lights and air conditioning, which was a huge plus as I didn't have to keep getting up to adjust them – truly hassle-free! Housekeeping cleaned the room punctually every day, and any needed supplies were promptly refilled. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

## Location Excellent location! The hotel is directly opposite Exit A of Changlemen Metro Station, which was one of the main reasons we chose it. It's incredibly convenient for visiting major attractions like the Bell Tower and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. ## Facilities The room was very spacious, and the bed was huge. It comfortably accommodated one adult and two primary school children. We were very satisfied with the comfort level. ## Cleanliness Acceptable. ## Service The lady at the front desk was very helpful and answered all our questions, though she could have smiled a bit more. However, the gentleman who assisted us when checking out on our last day was very enthusiastic and warm. ## Areas for Improvement The hotel's airport pick-up service is outsourced to a travel agency, and the vehicles don't exclusively transport hotel guests. This meant our originally 50-minute journey from the airport to the hotel took a full two hours due to dropping off other passengers, which was a very disappointing experience. The airport drop-off service is also charged (30 RMB per person) and similarly outsourced. For a group of three, I'd strongly recommend taking a taxi yourself; it costs about 95 RMB, ensures you're on time, and you won't have to share the ride. During peak breakfast hours, there was often a long wait for cups. Additionally, when cleaning table mats, staff would only pick up food scraps and give them a quick wipe with a cloth. If you're particular about cleanliness, you might want to wipe it again with your own tissue.

My trip to Xi'an was absolutely perfect. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive; from the front desk to the rooms and restaurant, everyone was made to feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and service was very prompt. Downstairs, the location is incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. With a subway entrance right outside the door, getting anywhere was a breeze. Highly recommend!

It's a good choice near the City Gate, with excellent subway access. Service: Good. Both parking and check-out were quick. The only downside is that Xi'an itself was just too hot.

This kind of thoughtful, unspoken care meant so much more than a simple "Welcome." Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely be staying here again.
