Majestic view of Bell Tower from my room window. Room service is good, staff are really friendly and helpful. Location is good and convenience. Con: weather is approaching winter, hotel change the air condition to warm air, only we prefer room temperature 23-24c, hotel staff advised us to open windows,  unfortunately we are disturbed by the noise pollution coming from traffic, horn, people singing, talking, etc..

Love this hotel..it is just across the bell tower. A walking distance to muslim street, the drum tower, shopping malls and many other places of interest. The receptionists are very helpful and a special mention for the manager who managed to engage a driver to send us to the airport at 4am..that is the time when it is not easy to get a cab..thank you so much

For my trip to Xi'an, the hotel's location was absolutely perfect! The rooms were spotless, and the service was good, living up to the standard expected of an established hotel. With subway and bus stops right outside, it was incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The Bell Tower is literally steps away from the hotel entrance, and both the Muslim Quarter and the popular Bell Tower neighborhood are within easy walking distance. As I visited during the off-peak season, it offered excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

The Bell Tower (the landmark of Xi'An) is visible from my room windows. The polite staff had already prepared the room for me upon my arrival at the hotel around 4:30 AM in the morning. They provided me with the power adapter. It was a comfortable and cozy space in the room. They clean up the room every day. There is free drinking water for unlimited use. The transportation is very convenient. It is just 500 meters away from subway lines 2 and 6, and there is an airport bus station just behind the hotel building. Drum Tower and Huimin Jie (the Muslim quarters) are both nearby, making this hotel a convenient location. The hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and shopping malls.

I've stayed at the Bell Tower Hotel twice now. Its location is truly unbeatable, making it incredibly convenient for transportation, sightseeing, and dining. Overall, the hotel is quite good, and the price is reasonable. The rooms are well-equipped, though a little dated, but they are spotlessly clean. The staff provides excellent service and is always ready to assist. The front desk service was particularly thorough and thoughtful. They even presented a small gift upon check-out, which was a lovely gesture.

Best location, the centre of the city with walk way and subway to north south east west of the city. Though u have to walk a bit to the side to get ehailing service.

Despite the numerous hotel options in Xi'an, I didn't hesitate to choose the Bell Tower Hotel. My 4-day stay was extremely satisfying. The Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, and Yongning Gate are all within walking distance. The Shaanxi History Museum and Big Wild Goose Pagoda are also easily accessible by subway. What's more, the airport shuttle bus even departs directly from the hotel's parking lot. While not luxurious, the hotel has an elegant and grand ambiance. The facilities are a bit dated, but the cleanliness and service are impeccable. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

Located right by Xi'an's Bell Tower in the city center, the hotel offers convenient transportation, easy access to dining and shopping, and is clean with great value for money. A key factor in my choice was its location at the terminal for the airport shuttle bus (Bell Tower West Line), which made getting to and from the airport incredibly convenient. It's also the terminal for the Terracotta Warriors shuttle bus, making visits to the Terracotta Army very easy. However, both the TV and the shower faucet had issues.

Facilities: The facilities were comprehensive, though the only real downside was that the room curtains didn't close completely. This meant light streamed in early, significantly disrupting my sleep and making it hard to get a good rest. Cleanliness: The room was spotlessly clean and tidy. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining this cleanliness, even during our extended stay. Environment: Everything was incredibly convenient. Service: The service was excellent.

I'd say this hotel has very distinct pros and cons, so your decision will really depend on your specific needs. Pros: The hotel's location is superb. It's right at the Bell Tower, and within walking distance to the Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, and Yongning Gate city wall. There's also a very large parking lot, which is a huge plus for those driving, as it's hard to find another hotel with such facilities near the Bell Tower. Cons: The rooms are quite small, and the facilities are very old, reminiscent of an old state-run guesthouse. If room comfort is a priority for you, you might want to think twice before staying here. Other aspects: On the other hand, the room hygiene is good; it's very clean. Breakfast is decent, and the front desk service is good.

Location is good! It’s across from the Bell Tower, within walking distance of the old town, Drum Tower, city hall, shopping areas, and a lot of restaurants. We will definitely come back here when we visit again.

Spent 3 nights at the Bell Tower Hotel. The location is unbeatable! Right next to the Bell Tower, steps from the vibrant Muslim Quarter and metro station. Spectacular night views! Our room was comfortable, spacious, and kept very clean by housekeeping. Staff were generally polite and helpful, and we used the airport transfer service which was ideal. **Points to note:** The historic charm means some areas (hallways, bathrooms,carpets) show wear and tear – functional but dated. **Expect city noise** due to the prime location next to a roundabout, light sleepers might need to request a quiet room/earplugs. **Overall:** A very good base for exploring Xi'an. Unbeatable convenience and unique atmosphere. Understand the trade-offs of an older building in this buzzing spot. We'd stay again for the location!
