On a recent trip to Xi'an, I stayed at the Mercure Xi'an Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter hotel, and my experience was absolutely fantastic! Plus, transportation is incredibly convenient; the subway station is nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. * **Fantastic Rooms:** The rooms are spacious and bright. The bedding features an international Mlily mattress, so soft and comfortable that I slept like a baby and woke up feeling completely refreshed. With automatic curtains, the morning sun won't bother you; no alarm needed. The 65-inch TV is a joy to watch, and as a coffee lover, the drip-bag coffee available made me incredibly happy. They even thoughtfully provided anti-slip slippers for the elderly and children's slippers, adding a touch of luxury and care. * **Outstanding Dining:** The breakfast spread was incredibly rich and varied. Chinese options included Roujiamo (meat burger), Hu Lu Tang (spicy soup), Saozi Noodles, Egg Noodles, Liangpi (cold noodles), and Zenga (steamed glutinous rice cake) – every bite tasted authentically Xi'an. Western options featured croissants, Danish pastries, matcha cake, whole wheat toast, and you could even DIY cold cuts and vegetables. There were fresh and canned fruits, a wide selection of hot dishes, fried items, and beverages. To my surprise, they also offered complimentary afternoon tea and late-night congee. You absolutely won't go hungry here! * **Attentive Service:** From check-in at the front desk to housekeeping, all staff members were enthusiastic and patient. We received welcome fruits upon check-in and complimentary bedtime desserts in the evening, which was a heartwarming touch. I've previously stayed at Mercure hotels in other cities and always had excellent experiences, so when we found one near the Bell Tower in Xi'an, we didn't hesitate to book it. We were traveling with our child for a competition, so we initially stayed for 2 nights, then returned for another 3 nights after the competition. The hotel's service is truly exceptional and thoughtful; they even provide complimentary bottled water at every elevator landing, which is incredibly convenient for grabbing a bottle or two before heading out. We also received complimentary breakfast due to a longer-than-expected wait during check-in. The breakfast was very substantial, served until 10 AM on weekdays and extended to 11 AM on weekends. There's a gym and a laundry room on the first floor, and this Xi'an location even offers Hanfu experience bookings, which is unique! The complimentary airport pickup service is another fantastic perk! We booked a spacious room, over 40 square meters, and our entire stay here was incredibly comfortable. Finally, just a minor suggestion: it would be great if the shower area had an extra shelf, as it was a bit inconvenient to place toiletries while showering. Overall, it was truly a wonderful stay!

Very close to the subway, convenient for travel, rich breakfast, and pick-up and drop-off from Xi'an North Station. This Mercure hotel makes people feel at home as soon as they enter the door. The room facilities are complete and the overall stay experience is excellent. The front desk staff, Ah Hang, provided very good service! Very patient! It is indeed a good choice for quality accommodation. It is a very good Mercure hotel and is worth recommending!

I have always liked French hotels. I originally booked the Mercure Longshouyuan Hotel, but when I checked in, they said the air conditioner was broken. I decisively changed to the Executive Center. Fortunately, I was not disappointed.

Additionally, the TV offers international sports channels, including Premier League matches, a rare feature in many hotels.
