Hotel is old but within a good location to zhongshan road walking streets. About 8min walk to Zhenghai road metro station. Recommend this hotel to those no fussy.

The counter staff is unhelpful and the door key
Malfunction everytime we came back after shopping. U need to drag your luggage up the stairs into the lobby .not wheelchair friendly.

the personnel is really amazing, very understanding and attentive. we had a problem with the toilet in the room we originally booked, and they changed it for us immediately. also allowed to check in 2 hours before official check-in without any additional fee. excellent
