We had a great time at Xining. The hotel's location, staff and service were excellent. We had smooth and quick check in and check out. While they couldn't speak English, they did their best to understand and answer my questions. The view from my room (19th floor) was great. I thought I could take some cool long exposure pictures in the night but there were very big bright lights close to our window that didn't let me. One thing I noticed was that the breakfast was mentioned to be both Chinese and Western, but it was only Chinese. I wish I had this clarity so I wouldn't have picked the room with breakfast. The entrance was not super convenient especially if you're carrying a lot of luggage. Since you'll have to help yourself, prepare accordingly.

The hotel was nice and had a great service.. The view was great .

Very good and modern hotel in terms of the quality of the rooms, cleanliness and confort. The only negative points were a bit of sewer smell coming from the bathroom, and the hight pitch noise from the 'oxygen regulating system' that wouldn't stop even if we paused the system (no way to turn it off). By the way what is this system for? We travelled much higher than Xining and never saw this !? Anyway, bring earplugs.

The location is prosperous, the scenery is beautiful, the service attitude is good, the climate is dry and there is a humidifier. If you are afraid of altitude sickness when traveling, there are oxygen cylinders. Room number 19031904

The room is quiet and clean, the service attitude is excellent, the staff is like family, and they solve problems quickly. Friends who come to Xining will choose this hotel. Special thanks to the lobby manager, Ms. Yan, for her amiable work style, which deserves praise.

A hotel with extremely poor service!!! I was traveling with my two children, a four-year-old and a seven-month-old. After checking out, we were waiting in the lobby when my eldest daughter suddenly said she needed to use the restroom. I took the children to look for a restroom in the lobby, but there wasn't one. Unable to hold it in any longer, she ran outside the main entrance, ready to urinate. I told her it wasn't allowed there, so I held my seven-month-old and pulled my daughter to the side of the steps at the entrance. The hotel security officer reprimanded me, saying, "Why are you letting your child urinate there?" I told him she couldn't hold it in any longer and I'd wipe it for her later. The security officer wouldn't give in, saying I was being uncivilized, and I was being rude. His words were extremely harsh and his attitude was rude. Some parts of society are very sensitive about children urinating, but I believe anyone with children can understand that it's something beyond their control. He was so utterly inconsiderate. I hope this male security guard will consider his own needs for children when he needs to urinate and not urinate or defecate anywhere in the future. This was the last stop on my trip, and I was planning to return home feeling great. Instead, I experienced this at the Qinghai Jianyin Hotel. I paid the hotel security to ruin my good mood, and I went home fuming. I contacted the hotel, but they just said, "Don't be angry," and apologized, but nothing more. This is a hotel that's... infested.

I was woken up by the sound of a door opening at around 2 a.m. Someone opened the door of our room. I called them that night to explain the situation, but the next morning they said no one was there. Did something happen in the middle of the night? Also, they won't let takeaway food be delivered. They said they would deliver it if we told the front desk, but they found all kinds of excuses not to deliver it. Either it's an inspection or everyone is going out to eat. If they can't do that, then don't put such big words on the front desk! It's really getting worse and worse. I've never given a bad review before, but I really have to give one this time. I'm an old customer of Jianyin Hotel, but they are getting worse every year!

The transportation is convenient, the service is good, and they thoughtfully prepare portable oxygen tanks for each customer, which brings convenience for subsequent travel. If necessary, you can go to the market to buy them. It is a wise move to stay here as the first stop in Xining.

The room is comfortable and bright, with warm and considerate snacks.

The service attitude is very good and the breakfast is quite rich.
