"The hotel room is very nice . You will have both hot and warm water for drinking from boiling machine. Bed and all facilities also good. The special moment is the owner of the hotel is very kind and helpful. He helped us to find taxi to pick up us from Jiaozuo station to the hotel which take about 1 hr by car. Breakfast also fresh making. I would recommended everyone to stay here during there stay at Yun tai shan. Personally Special thanks for his assistance to contact ticket office to refund our cable car tickets."

"The hotel is located in Anshang town - very close to the ticket office, food street, bus station. From the 3rd floor balcony you can take full view of the mountain range and cable car line to Phoenix ridge. The staff don't speak much English but they are so kind and helpful. The only minus point is no elevator."

Breakfast was always delicious — and vegetarian, which was a huge plus for my husband since he doesn’t eat meat. Before our trip, I had asked if they could help me arrange a small birthday surprise for my husband, and they went above and beyond. They got us the cutest cake, and it made the day extra special — we were so touched. The room was spacious, spotless, and had plenty of storage, so it never felt cluttered. We also appreciated the room service and bottled water, which made everything even more comfortable. The room was so spacious we were able to practice yoga in the room at the same time! The location couldn’t be better — just a one-minute walk to the geopark bus stop and ticket office, and equally close to snack street and local shops. Truly perfect! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This lovely family really goes the extra mile to care for their guests. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know!
