"The hotel is located in Yanchep National Park and has a history of nearly 100 years. I chose to stay here mainly because it was the only choice and it has a good reputation. The room I booked was the most expensive room type, located on the second floor, with a balcony that offers a lake view. To be honest, the room facilities and decoration are a bit old, after all, they are a bit old, but they are still very clean and hygienic. The biggest drawback is that there is no curtain to cover the window in the corner of the room (the last picture), so I couldn't sleep at dawn in the morning."
"Everything else is quite satisfactory. The only negative comment is that there are several shoe prints on the bed sheets and duvet covers, which are just for guests. Is it difficult for such an expensive hotel to provide clean bedding? Hygiene should be the most important evaluation point for a hotel. When I found out, I wanted to ask a staff member to replace it, but they all got off work.
Hygiene: bad review. There are several shoe prints on the bed sheets and quilt cover.
Service: Get off work on time. If there are any problems, we cannot solve them."
