"The place was clean and the staff was very helpful. We were just passing through and we're very happy with our choice. We will definitely stay there again."
"Beautiful rooms, very clean everywhere, great location, ample yet quaint. Was like a miniature Vegas ****** and had just enough food options for anyone to be pleased. Loved the native and AZ local motif. Would go back in a heartbeat. If it could be improved any, it could use a small convenience shop on site. We thought it could be a nice wedding venue too- potential is there. This was just a simple getaway for wife and me for no real good reason at all. We were more than pleased with the food offerings and quality but skipped the buffet- no comments on that."
"The location is very good, just on the Route 66 attractions, you can take photos and shopping. The host is also very nice, chatting with us, very warm, and telling us where the dinner is delicious. It is a nice place to rest on the way to the car."
"Would highly recommend this place! Very clean and close to the downtown but still quaint and quiet. Breakfast was awesome and the staff were so polite and accommodating!! The room was very comfortable and clean."

GGuest UserLoved the location , apartment and but old with def wear and tear but was nice for 1 night.
Toilet didn't flush so good and reported to office when we checked out.
Wish they had breakfast like other places but I guess since they are apartments people buy groceries. No big deal for this time

Great
GGuest UserGreat Old time hotel pub and grub. Rooms are kind of small & bathroom is tiny. The site is perfect for any downtown trips and/or shopping. The dinner was great but a little pricey. Great atmosphere and the staff was spot on every time. 👏
LLyna98I have nothing but great things to say about our stay this week at this fine resort. From the moment we arrived we have been incredibly impressed. Our room was immaculate, very clean, very well stocked kitchen and amazing amenities. We loved the gym, the pool and the entire resort. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Very Good
AAZFurMomThe location and grounds were absolutely beautiful. I loved the balcony and the ambience. The lobby was nice and I enjoyed the 24/7 coffee bar. However the rooms are dated, the pillows have sweat stains. There were brown stains on the carpet and dust on parts of the furniture. There were reddish stains in my sheets. The lamp shade was cracked and discolored. Free breakfast tasted kind of old. I’d go again for the ambience and the area. They are pet friendly so I’ll make sure to bring my dog next time:)
GGuest UserOur second stay did not disappoint.
The breakfast area is large and clean with plenty of choices. The new coffee machine seemed to be a big hit.
My only peeve is that I wish they had some sort of shelf in the shower/toilet room. I hate juggling my eye glasses and underwear and personal supplies on the back of a toilet tank.
Hopefully we’ll be back next year. We like the location and access to many restaurants a short drive away.
GGuest UserEveryone should stay here. Out of all the places we could have booked, this was perfect. There is a pool with a BBQ. The rooms are clean, no bed bugs!! Comfortable beds, working Heat/AC. VERY accommodating staff, for a decent price!
Bbwr19I stayed here for one night to break up my journey from Phoenix to Flagstaff. The hotel is basic but was generally clean and it was an affordable place for me to get some rest. Bedding was comfortable but the furniture and fittings were a little bit worn, including in the bathroom. I would also criticise that the walls were a little thin and the door to the corridor had a large gap at the bottom which did cause some noise disturbance overnight from other guests and neighbouring rooms watching TV. Breakfast is basic but ample for the price. It is a 30 minute drive from Cottonwood and about 40 minutes to Sedona from this hotel. You are also located very close to Montezuma National Monument which is a must see in this area.
PPriscilla CroixWell honestly this is a cheap hotel by the freeway so if you’re looking for fancy you’ve come to the wrong place. There’s no pool or breakfast. The reins are cheap though and that’s why we stayed here.
PPaul SafonovOk for the price, pool was unusable because of the debris that goes down from the trees. Room very basic nothing in it. OK for staying one night on the go. It was nice to visit Watson Lake and Lynx Lake a day before and after.
