The environment was bright and clean. We had a great view from our high-floor room, which was very spacious and perfect for families. The only minor downside was the subpar soundproofing, and the pillows were too flat, which made it hard to get a good night's rest.

Parking is limited, which can be inconvenient if you arrive late. The room itself is nice, but there's no gym. Additionally, there's only one restaurant and no convenience stores nearby, which is a bit of a shame.

There were plenty of breakfast options, though it could get quite busy. The room was spacious and clean, and the surroundings were quiet and pleasant.

The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the public art on the rooftop was very unique.

Easy to check in by using the self checkin machine. Check out-just drop rooms keys into a designated box. What most of the hotel doesnt have is the spirit of holding all guest together at a party from 8pm-10pm. The hotel host a all the hotel guest to self enjoy some food & treats. I think it's a great idea. In terms of the location, must have transportation otherwise you can even travel to the night market. Hotel rooms are clean, but there isn't much hooks for u to hang towels even in the bathroom.

The hotel is stunning! The rooms were spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Parking was convenient, and the food was delicious!

The service was excellent, and for the price, the rooms offered good value! However, during both the evening snack and breakfast, the areas seemed poorly designed for crowd management, which led to quite long queues outside. The hotel only has three small elevators. If you're on a lower floor, it can be tough to catch one, and they're usually full by the time they reach you. On the morning of checkout, we waited over ten minutes just for an elevator.

Lakeshore Hotel consistently offers a generous brunch, but this time it felt different from my previous stay in Su'ao. The variety and quality of the breakfast and the food served during evening activities seemed to have declined. Nevertheless, the fact that breakfast is available until 1:30 PM is a huge plus. The hotel itself doesn't offer many facilities; there isn't even a basic gym. It's situated in a quiet residential area, meaning there are no street food vendors or night markets to explore nearby. The nearest convenience store is also over 500 meters away. The soundproofing in the room was decent, but the space was average. There was no bathtub, and the TV wasn't a smart TV, so we couldn't access streaming services. Overall, I didn't feel the quality or facilities justified the price. The staff seemed a bit aloof, smiling less and lacking the warmth of proactively greeting and welcoming guests. It might be due to the peak summer holiday season and it being a weekend, which likely pushed up the room rates, making me feel the value for money wasn't great. However, I must commend Lakeshore's overall consistent quality and stable service.

The check-in process was quite poor, leaving a very negative impression. Not only did we wait too long, but after presenting my ID for check-in, I was asked to provide a booking reference number. I found one, but was told it was incorrect, and then asked to find another, shorter one. It was a really frustrating hassle! Don't they usually find reservations by name? Furthermore, my friend and I were checking in together, but they didn't thoughtfully assign us rooms close to each other; our rooms were quite far apart. I'm not sure if the staff member was new, but by the time my friend was done, the attendant at the next counter had already checked in two other guests.
