I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely small and felt cramped from the moment I entered. Basic hygiene was clearly missing — the room didn’t look properly cleaned, and there was a constant bad smell that made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, not worth the money at all. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The room's cleanliness was acceptable, but it was just too small; I couldn't even fully open my suitcase. After staying there, I noticed the outdoor noise was incredibly loud, and I was woken up early in the morning by sounds from outside the building.

Hotel Stay Needs Major Improvement Unfortunately, my stay was far from ideal. The hotel's facilities are noticeably aging, with visible damage and stains in many areas, falling short of what one would expect from a quality establishment. The tile grout in the hallways was caked with dust, and the wooden baseboards in the corners were severely peeling, exposing the underlying material. Inside the room, the wooden floor was heavily worn, with dents and cracks in some sections, detracting from its overall appearance. The ceiling air vent was dusty, clearly indicating a lack of long-term cleaning. The bathroom door frame and walls also showed obvious stains and mold, giving off an impression of age and neglect. The soundproofing was particularly disappointing, making it difficult to get a peaceful night's rest. In terms of service, the staff's attitude was a bit cold, failing to provide warm and attentive assistance. Regarding dining, the breakfast selection was scarce and barely met basic needs. After 8:30 AM, there were no hard-boiled eggs, no fruit, and no congee – practically no food options left. I hope the hotel addresses these issues promptly and makes improvements to enhance the guest experience.

First time staying at this hotel. It's very close to the trade city, and the service was excellent. The front desk lady was very attentive and welcoming. The environment was great, and the room was clean and tidy. They also had a rich breakfast, which I forgot to take a picture of. Highly recommended!

Traveling for work with a friend, this chain hotel was in a fantastic location. The subway entrance was just 40 meters away, with a direct line to the high-speed rail station. The trade city was a mere 5-minute walk, and all the food, drinks, and entertainment options were within 100 steps. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, and the cleanliness was excellent. Great value for money – truly ideal!

The location is great, and the hotel environment is quiet and comfortable. I was here for business this time, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the trade city. It's also very close to the subway station, making transportation convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, and there are free parking spaces in front of and behind the hotel, with plenty of availability. The hotel has a free laundry room, which also offers drying. The breakfast is delicious and has a good variety. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The front desk staff's service attitude is particularly good, and they resolve issues quickly. I had originally booked a special offer room, but the front desk upgraded my room type for free. You need the front desk to remotely control the elevator, which provides a great sense of security. Highly recommended!

My overall experience staying at this GreenTree Inn was just okay, not ideal. The hallway was cluttered with linens everywhere and had a distinct foul odor, like stinky feet. The room itself smelled musty, and the comforter had large, noticeable stains. The 'free room upgrade' advertised when I booked was not honored. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, disturbing my sleep at night. Being on the second floor, there was also a lot of noise from the hallway and outside. The room's natural light and artificial lighting were both quite dim, significantly detracting from the overall comfort.

No AC in rooms they say we only have heaters for cooling you can open your windows. No English at reception. Bugs in room. Can not stay here for sure. I arrived at 2:30 PM and they says you need to wait half an hour for checking as room is not clean inspite of checking time mentioned online was 2:00 PM.

The room was very clean, and dining options were super convenient. It was a comfortable stay, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and not far from the commercial center.

Just three words: old, rundown, and tiny! This hotel seems to have converted a 6-story building into 7 stories. I booked a family room with one large bed and one small bed, located on the 7th floor. The elevator doesn't go directly to the 7th floor; you have to take it to the 6th floor and then climb stairs to the 7th. This particular staircase has severely damaged tiles, so be careful not to trip, especially if you have children. The rooms on the 7th floor are very cramped and have low ceilings, so taller guests should be mindful. The sealant strips on the bathroom/shower door were all peeling off, indicating a lack of maintenance. The room was very small, not spacious at all, and differed from the actual description!

The room was clean, and they provided breakfast for the kids. It's close to the Trade City and conveniently located near the subway entrance. The downsides were the simple breakfast, the 1 PM checkout time, and the small room.

It's super convenient for Yiwu International Trade City, just a short walk away. It's also very close to the subway and light rail. You don't even need to go to the train station to get to Jinhua; you can just take the light rail directly.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to both the subway station and the first district of the trade city. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, including the popular Syrian restaurant next door, as well as beef noodles, seafood noodles, and more. The room is small but clean and quiet. The small sofa can also accommodate a child.
