They provided a pick-up and drop pff service for free in a big and confortable van. They took us to buy the city pass tickets and then to the hotel, where they upgraded us. The room had a view on the beautiful city lights and river, it was incredible. The staff was helpful and kind. I highly recommend!

Multiple mishaps at this place and however much they tried to cope, we kept feeling that we were let down. Bad AC, great service and instantaneous upgrades, but overall bad room quality, despite having one of the best views in the town.

The inn needs some walking to reach as inside the ancient town but once arrived the view from the room really it worthy of the sweat. The service was very good as they provided ‘concierge’ service and carried our lugagges from car park into the inn. Although breakfast was a simple local noodle with one hardboiled egg and mei cha (local chinese tea), we enjoyed the simplicity as the meal is served hot and tasted good! In all, a very good choice if you want the experience of staying inside ancient town. The view from our hotel window as shared.

The room is spacious and overall pretty clean, slightly below standards but ok. The view is on the river and at night is very beautiful! Very much appreciated the free transfer to and from the station. Breakfast was poor and disorganised, not even tea was served, just noodles. We'd suggest to the hotel to add the entrance ticket fee to the hotel price.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The view from our room was just breathtaking. The staff was very helpful, they booked a car (for free) to pick us up and drop us at the railway station. They also helped to take our luggage to the hotel as the car does not stop in front of the hotel (is a pedestrian street). I would improve the breakfast. The only option available was noodles.

This one need to walk down the stone pedestrian road, no lifts but staff try to make out to this by helping us with our luggage, they provide free pick up from the HSR station, once we enter the room the view is mesmerizing really glad we chose this hotel, breakfast was soup noodle which the broth is delicious and seated right beside the window breeze with nice view from the streams

The hotel is in main attraction area, you can enjoy night show and light illumination then back to hotel anytime you want. Hotel have pick up and delivery to high speed train station also.
