I love Miss Inn! The hotel is cosy and comfortable and conveniently located on Wuling Road. I believe the rooms have themes. The host kindly helped carry my bag up. My room faced Wuling Road but it wasn’t that noisy. The host is very kind and patient and he helped explain and advise the route to take in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The East Gate to the Park is only a 12-minute walk from the hotel and the bus station is also within a 7-minute walk. There is also a resident kitty. When I booked, I didn’t know there’s a halal restaurant only two doors away (with sign in green) - what a bonus!

Nice room, comfy bed, clean and warm. Overall great place. But the best thing is the manager's attitude. He's the most friendly and helpful person I've met during my trip to China! I would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay here. The host is exceptionally helpful, and helped us book discounted tickets to the National Park as well as guiding us through what routes to take based on the amount of time we had available. He is an extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful man, and we are very grateful for the fantastic service he offered. If I could give more than 10/10, I would. Even gave us a free room upgrade upon arrival. The hotel itself is only a 15-20 minute walk from the East Gate of the park too, and is well positioned within Wulingyuan, being less than a 10 minute walk from the bus station and located on the Main Street, close to all the food options (we recommend Bailu Road for cheap, good local food). The hotel was clean, and free bottled water is offered. Comfortable beds, nice shower and facilities. Overall, a brilliant stay - highly recommended.

Amazing hotel - felt just like home! Mr. Yang was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help me with everything I needed, even though he doesn’t speak English. He truly made my time in the city unforgettable. It’s proof that love and dedication can break any language barrier. The hotel is only a 15-minute walk from one of the national park entrances. I absolutely loved it and highly recommend staying here!

The host was really helpfull in organizing with me the 3days trip in the natural park and is really a nice person. The room as well is really comfortable and the location is basically in the center, perfect spot for reaching the east gate entrance of the park 1km. Perfectly in the center 300m far from the theatre. I would hardly recommend.

Good service and very helpful, even no lift help to carry bag to the 5th floor and helpful give info for travel matters. Let's keep the bag until late night before pick up. Thank you

Very convenient location and friendly boss!! He upgraded our room for free, the room looks super cute in pirate style 🤣 He is really supportive when we asked about information. Only one prob was the water is not very hot and he might forget to give us the new bottles of water daily

This hotel offers a super strategic location—right on the main road, just 900m from Wulingyuan East Gate (easy walk to the park!) and 1.2km from Xibu Street (great for food & shopping). The area is lively, with plenty of shops and local eateries nearby. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful—he even assisted me in booking Wulingyuan Scenic Area tickets! The hotel itself is small but cozy, with only around 10 rooms. Each room is spacious, clean, and uniquely designed, giving a personalized touch. Highly recommended!

Reception is very kind and hard working. He did everything we asked regardless of time. And each room has its own unique interior.

I was so happy with this hotel , clean , quiet , comfortable and also near the national forest park 10 min by foot, i must say that the girl at the desk front was amaaaaazing she helped me a lot , she provided instructions for every place i asked about i highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay near the attractions of Zhangjiajie

Good location, the room is nice, and the host helps a lot. However, the whole place could be a bit cleaner, it’s very dusty both on the stairs and in the room, especially corners, behind the bed and the tv.

Recommended! They can help and get you a discount on the Zhangjiajie tickets (you have to book one day before). It's near the bus station and near the east gate of Zhangjiajie Park.
