The service was good with our early arrival. There was no problem with an early check-in as the staff were very helpful. The room otherwise was nice!

I found and killed a cockroach in my room. There was no one at the front desk when I tried to ask for a different room. I could not sign up for WeChat so I tried to contact them with AliPay but did not get a response. They refunded me the rest of my stay but did not refund me for that first night when I found the cockroach. Some other beetle like insect showed up after too.

Could be cleaner and the beds are very hard. Planes fly directly over the hotel and the windows are not really tight. Otherwise location is good and drinking water is provided every day.

The boss is so nice! As soon as we arrived, he upgraded us to the highest-class mountain view king-size bed room for free without saying anything. The big window allows you to see Tianmen Mountain and the cableway coming and going. All the equipment and appliances in the room are the best, including hair dryer, sink, toilet heater, kettle... The layout of the room also took a lot of thought. The corners of the table are covered with soft edges, and there is a small bar by the window where you can drink tea and eat while looking at the mountain. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is also a dressing table with a rotating mirror. When the boss heard that we wanted to go to Tianmen Mountain, he kindly told us the route. You can also wash and hang clothes for free on the top floor. Free luggage storage, and when we left, he recommended us to eat and drink on the seventh floor of 72. This trip was comfortable and fun! This is the most comfortable and thoughtful hotel we have ever stayed in.

The hotel is in a convenient location, with convenient eating and drinking. It is close to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway, a good choice.

The boss was very kind. On the morning we arrived, he reminded us not to trust the enthusiastic guide. When we arrived in the early hours of the night, there was a problem with the air conditioner and he quickly changed our room. The follow-up arrangement was also very good. It actually looks much better than in the picture. You can also see the cable car coming down from Tianmen Mountain from the window. The room is big and the environment is very good. It’s easy to find (ps: the boss looks like Liu Yuning😃)

Near the railway station and bus station. The room was good, beautiful, the only difficulty was getting and giving the keys (there was no one at the counter)
